Cosmic Love - Maurice Turmel PhD

COSMIC LOVE
Maurice Turmel PhD - May 26, 2019
Unitarian Church of Niagara

“When we let our fears limit and rule our lives, we are not able to express who we are and live the life we were meant to live.  To overcome our fears and anxieties, we must face them head on.  We simply stop running and hiding.  With love and compassion for ourselves, we allow ourselves to feel.  We give ourselves love and we forgive”.  See higherdimensional.net

Cosmic Love may seem out of place, a way of justifying a mood and/or presenting a populist view of a world wide event, when all around us there seems to be chaos.  I say its an event, a process, because its happening now, moving across the world and into our hearts.  The drumbeat of a new world is being born, one no longer marred by war, but by Love.  This would be the love of all mankind for each other and for our selves as well.

I know this sounds optimistic and precarious at best, easy to dismiss given the plethora of negative activity now in the world and here at home.  But rather than see this as a total disintegration into nothingness, I see it as a preparatory step to ushering in a new era based on Love, acceptance and mutual appreciation - all Unitarian principles, I believe.

The negatives are plentiful and present.  We see them all around us, in the worlds’ of many national leaders we once admired.  But not anymore.  It doesn’t seem like many of them have a clue at this time.  And those that claim to have a clue want us to move back in time.  In other words, go backwards to what they believe was a better time. This would be a time they have idealized to suit their own agenda.

Prior to the chaos we see before us now, we seemed to have had times of calm and peacefulness in spite of the drumbeat of cold wars and enhanced artificial differences between ourselves in the West and Communist Nations.  We didn’t know it then, but we were at war with ourselves!

In a world of divide and conquer,  leaders pitched the idea that it was them against us; ergo, World Wars 1 & 2 followed by many smaller skirmishes in little known nations with the proviso that we, the West, were bringing democracy to them, rather than the more obvious pillaging of their natural resources or positioning for greater power.

Now, we can’t even bring democracy to ourselves.  Just look at south of the border. We have multiple scandals erupting here in the West. There is this inevitable sabre rattling that goes on between bully nations and those who would dare challenge them. For example, U.S.A versus Iran or versus North Korea.

However, mankind, as a whole, is not buying into this anymore.  We are tired of war and see no gain there.  We are skeptical of our leaders because there’s a new source of truth growing within each and every one of us.  A deeper truth that we are waking up to ourselves.

This is what I call Cosmic Love which is literally in the air.  And because we are shifting into this new dimension of being, there is chaos brewing all around which is the mark of a growing change in attitudes by earth’s general population.

Yes, we can focus on the negative and say the world is going to hell in a hand-basket.  Or, we can begin to see the sprouts of a new life brewing, a life based on mutual respect, acceptance, friendship, accommodation, and recognition of the other within ourselves.  This includes recognizing the universality of the human experience and our mutual interdependence regardless of political stripes, religious orientation or differing approaches to economic growth, all of which again I understand, is the Unitarian way.

Is there any physical evidence of a shift going on?
The Schumann Resonance, Mother Earth’s vibratory rate, measured at 7.8 hertz per second  in the 1950s was considered stable. Since 2012,  the Schumann has been climbing every year and spiking into the 30 to 60 hertz range and beyond. Most recently, at 2:00 a.m. on March 17, 2019 the readings spiked at 150hz   before settling back to the 70hz range. (see prepareforchange.net)In other words, the planet is accelerating its vibratory pulse, and that affects all of us aboard.  Feeling more edgy lately or having trouble sleeping are all possible reactions.

The shift has hit the fan!  We are at the cusp of a major shift and we are in it, like it or not.  What is this shift?  In a nutshell, we are moving from fear based motivation to love based. In fact, it is the changes within us that are driving this shift.  We are being called to take action, action that helps the planet and that accommodates the reality of climate change.  Through this awakening to the universality of our human experience, we can hear and feel our brothers and sisters around the world crying out for help. Their pleas are reaching us and touching our hearts, where the true Love of Life ultimately lives.

We are getting in touch with that part of ourselves, that deepest darkest secret that Jesus referred to as ‘The Kingdom Within.’  Since we are chips of the old block called Source, we are each and every one of us capable of claiming that prize, a truth that is now engendered by millions around the world, and that will finally set us free.

We are Love.  We are capable of Love.  And we are stronger as we allow this Love to rise and thrive within us.

Oh yes, it does seem easier at times to look at the negative and complain.  It takes courage to love and forgive, especially ourselves.  It takes courage to look beyond the surfaces and see what all mankind is searching for, Love, Acceptance and Peace.

We are all capable of exhibiting these experiences.  Their truth begins at home, inside each of us.  Its a truth we must master or we slink away into the negative and join the chorus of complainers and professional victims.

I believe that we, our generation, have done enough personal growth work to make Love and all its consequences our priority.  We’ve been doing personal growth work since the 70’s, since books like “I’m OK, You’re OK” came along and the plethora of self-help books that followed.

We dug deeper into this mantra in the 80’s when we learned about dysfunctional families and their attributes (John Bradshaw, for example) when we were forced to look at Guilt and Shame, its origins in our lives, and how that tied us into psychological and emotional knots.  We saw how sexually abused women and men were led to resources like “The Courage to Heal” written by recovering victims who put themselves out there, and were attacked for
doing so.

Then, along came the books describing co-dependence (Melodie Beattie) and the latest in personal growth authors, both academic and popular, (before the internet) many of them appearing on such shows as Oprah.  There were the Seth books and, yes, even Shirley MacLaine who put out books on our evolving spirituality (Out on a Limb).  There was  Deepak Chopra and his take on our evolving spirituality, and on and on the list goes.  We have become a generation in search of healing.

I grew up in these eras, psychologically and spiritually speaking.  My personal growth walked hand in hand with my professional growth.  The more I learned about these psychodynamics, the more I grew personally and, therefore, the more I could help my clients with their growth. (I was a practicing therapist for nearly 2 decades).

For me, there was no looking away when spiritual issues were presented.  There was no side-stepping that part of my human experience whether it fit into prescribed psychological boxes or not.  I had already accepted that we were spiritual at our core.  This is the part of us that vacates the premises when the body expires, and goes back Home to have a review about what was learned this particular time around. (These are my beliefs and I own them.)

I began to refer to myself as a Spiritual Psychologist during this last decade.  Spirituality, which includes Love, is definitely a key component in my life.  I bathe in it daily.  I pay tribute to it in all my writings. I have 3 books on Amazon and 3 albums of songs at bandcamp.com.  I have manuscripts filled with poetry and short stories yet to be published.  This is who I am.  I am a writer and song-writer and my main subjects are Personal Growth and Love.

I honour my connection to Source, the Divine within.  I honour it because that’s who I am.  After 45 years of personal growth efforts, I have come to that conclusion and I am satisfied that this is me.

I finally reached a place called Self-Acceptance, where every new dimension of my being that I uncover becomes the latest addition to my evolving identity.  I am all these dimensions that I’ve come to recognize, including the ones I don’t like, and I take responsibility for all of them.  This is of course an ever evolving process.

I trust that the deeper part of me knows what I need  before I do, even before I become fully aware of what it is or means.  I have come to agree with that and I accept it. This has been the inspiration for my manuscripts and song lyrics. They all come from this deeper part of me, including the ideas presented here in this talk.

It’s taken the better part of this lifetime for me to learn to trust and accept myself, warts and all.  The pursuit of perfection is gone.  I Am What I Am,  and I have a blues song that bears that title.

Back to Cosmic Love, and what is that about?  A few years ago I came across a quote that was attributed to Albert Einstein,  “Love is the most powerful force in the Universe.”  That quote hit home for me.  It reverberated within where I feel and intuitively grasp whether it fits me or not, even as there is controversy now surrounding the quote’s attribution.

Was this quote from Albert Einstein in an alleged letter to one of his daughters?  The controversy online says “no”,  it’s not possible, and these sources offer good reasons to doubt that he authored it.  This brings up the following questions to which I have no answers:  Why would someone,  anonymous, attribute this to him?  What would be the motive?  What is there to gain?

Controversy aside, for me the quote stands up.  I feel it.  I’m growing into it.  It’s what I see happening around me and in my own life.  I am growing my capacity for love, in both receiving and giving.  That said, here are some authenticated quotes from Albert Einstein, followed by those from other thinkers, which I have found inspiring.

On mystery:
“The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science. Whoever does not know it and can no longer wonder, no longer marvel, is as good as dead, and his/her eyes are dimmed”.   A. Einstein
On imagination:
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world”.  A. Einstein
On love:
“Gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love”.  A. Einstein
On Being Human:
“A human being is part of the whole called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space.  He experiences himself, thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.  This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us.  Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of  compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty”.  A Einstein For me, what he is referring to here sounds like Cosmic Love.

In terms of Cosmic Love being a powerful force that surrounds us, Pierre Telhard de Chardin did make such quotes regarding the universality of Love,  and I offer them here.

“Love is as old as the cosmos itself”.  The Jesuit scientist, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, spoke of love as a cosmological force. “The fundamental law of attraction in the universe,” he wrote, “is love”.   He described love “as the primal energy of the universe, the energy of attraction, union and transcendence.  Driven by the forces of love,” he said, “the fragments of the world [continuously] seek each other so that the world may come into being”.  Elsewhere he wrote, “Love is the most universal, the most tremendous and the most mysterious of the cosmic forces… the physical structure of the universe is love”.  Although many scientists and non-scientists balk at the idea of cosmological love, Teilhard thought from a different level of consciousness, one much closer to the medieval writers who had profound views on cosmos, nature and world soul.

Another writer I came to appreciate,  Richard Maurice Bucke, made similar suggestions in his book, ‘Cosmic Consciousness,’ where he analyzed the lives of exceptional individuals, including Jesus Christ.  Bucke was a Canadian psychologist from the early part of the last century. He is buried in London, Ontario where he is well known and appreciated.  Dr. Bucke was also a contemporary and friend of Walt Whitman,  another great writer and poet with a spiritual bent, who would come up to Canada on occasion to visit
family and friends.

Joseph Campbell, a great American Mythologist, gave us a portrait of The Hero Myth (The Hero with A Thousand Faces) as it is found in all cultures around the world and down through the generations. The structure of the Hero’s journey is broken into 3 components:
  1. Separation
  2. Initiation
  3. Return (which ultimately is a return to Love)
The Hero’s journey, here, is an internal enterprise, with heroes and heroines engaging with their inner dynamics to find their way back to love, or Home, as is often the reference.

John Smallman is another author I find  engaging:
Be of good cheer, because you are all awakening to the realization that you (we) are all One, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, skin colour, and political or religious persuasion.  And you are, therefore, also One with your living planet, Mother Earth, whose vitality and good health directly affects you”. (e.g. again, Schumann resonance spiking to higher levels affects us all).   There is growing recognition that Love is the unchangeable nature of every sentient being, and that happiness and joy arise when this is recognized, and when all live constantly holding that most powerful intent”.

These are the sources that, for me, hit the nail on the head.  As much as I once chaffed at the idea of Love being a dominant force, I have come to believe it and accept it.  But to get there I had to let go of my need for revenge against those who hurt and abused me in my childhood years.  I had to heal all associated pain and come to love and accept myself as I am. Again, this is, of course, an ongoing process.

There is no peace in anger or revenge.  Nelson Mandela is a great example of this.  He forgave his abusers and those who unjustly incarcerated him.  Instead, he chose peace and forgiveness, and exemplified this higher level love in doing so. Not unlike Jesus, some would say, in his life of teaching and sharing.  Was Mandela perfect? Of course not! What he did was simply choose  peace and forgiveness over revenge and hate.

Cosmic Love exists like the air we breathe.  It lives inside of us and we can access it if we choose to reach for it.  It exists permanently in our hearts whether we choose to connect or not.  We have to learn to receive first, to let ourselves bask in the glory of Universal Love.  Yes, it’s hard to believe that such a force exists.  But what’s the alternative?

We either devolve into chaos and extinction, or we grow past our need for anger, revenge and retribution and bring love into and through our hearts while nourishing ourselves back to psychological and spiritual health.

Online Reactions to 1st Cosmic Love post:

Paul Fouchard Christoffersen - Spiritual Free Thought Study Group - Alberta
“I've been privileged to have glimpsed Cosmic or God's unconditional love thanks to an NDE - Near Death Experience. Many others have experienced this infinite realm of love and bliss. My wife too has experienced this indescribable love on numerous occasions. We all originate from this realm and we all return there after our brief sojourns here on Earth”.

Kate Chard - Spiritual Free Thought Study Group
Pondering the idea of our ability to experience Cosmic Love, I am certain
. . . that we can experience Love in its Cosmic or Divine aspect beyond our phenomenal world. Here I do not mean to limit this infinite love to any type
. . . but rather a love that transcends our sense awareness”.

My 2 Experiences with Cosmic Love:
  1. It was Summer, and I was sitting in my favourite lounge chair admiring the flowers, bushes and plants that adorned our backyard garden and that were flourishing beautifully thanks to my wife’s stellar green thumb.  All of a sudden I felt connected to everything I was seeing, including the bees and butterflies floating around doing their usual chores, and the birds flying overhead. I felt blissful.  I felt peaceful. I felt at One with everything before me. It lasted about 20 minutes.

  1. This past Fall I was was home alone listening to soft meditative music, thinking about my family and friends, and all of a sudden, I felt a huge wave of Love envelop me.  I felt love for all these people in my life.  And again, I felt blissful.  I felt peaceful.  And I felt deeply connected to these wonderful people through this wave of Love that had enveloped me.  I felt at One with all of them.  This also lasted about 20 minutes.

The deepest source of Love is truly our own Heart.  Where we live and breathe spiritually and emotionally is where we touch Love’s true grandeur and tenderness.  Where we are connected to our essential Selves is where we finally discover authentic Love and, what I believe,  “The Most Powerful Force in the Universe”.

This is what I refer to as Cosmic Love, the essence of who we are at the core of our being, the unspoiled Me that comes into the world ready to share and serve. There are many examples of this all around us, often referred to as service-to-others in a great variety of forms.

In conclusion, I choose Love.  I choose Cosmic Love as it exists within me and as I am able to set my ego aside and his primitive need for “getting even.”  I choose Love, and I choose it every day.
Am I a saint? Absolutely not!  Am I capable of grumpiness and complaining?  Yes, indeed!  Am I working on it? Yes, I am!  Why?  Because 45 years of personal growth work have taught me that I Am Worth It,  and So Are You!

See the giveaway details at Goodreads.

Mankind's evolutionary stage has been set. All across the globe people are coming together to master the principles laid out in this new process called Ascension. Described as a shift in consciousness, it actually is a growth spurt for the human race. People are waking up to their truest Life Purpose. Some are even calling it their Life Mission. What is it but the culmination of Personal Growth work, Self-Responsibility and total Self-Acceptance. These are all the ingredients required for this next stage in our evolution which can also be summarized as a movement into Cosmic Consciousness. We are One People, One Nation in the service of our Creator. We express this physically on the Earth Plane as both Service to Self and Service to Others. We are now recognizing our true Interdependence. Collectively we can be viewed as a graduating class of Spiritual Soldiers evolving into an Army of Light. This is a repeating story, told and re-told across the millennia through the mythologies of all our cultures. We are today's heroes and heroines braving the challenges put before us and undertaking the tasks that our individual lives have thrown our way. The guidelines for this process have been written in our hearts. Connecting with our Hearts is how we get there. Home is where the Heart is and Conscious Evolution is calling us Home. Mythology in Action #3 - Feb. 21, 2019

Mythology in Action #3 - Feb. 21, 2019
Maurice Turmel PhD - The Spiritual Psychologist

Why Mythology?

The idea that Myth belongs to another era and has no relevance today is simply false.  All myths were born in the heat of humanity’s various stages of awakening as these progressed across the centuries and within every culture living on earth since time immemorial.

Joseph Campbell charted this for us in his many works on the subject, showing clearly that mythology was the sine qua non of teaching tools before humanity had written records they could refer to.  These mythical tales were the world’s first Oral Traditions, where stories about who and what we are as human beings were passed down from generation to generation and can be found across all the world’s cultures.

My favourite resource from Joseph Campbell is “The Hero With a Thousand Faces” which best exemplifies this cross-generational, cross-cultural reality that’s been with mankind since the beginning.  The fact that we often use the word “myth” today as a synonym for a lie is absurd. The reality is that mythology, as described in his voluminous works, is alive and well today and shows up in books, movies and television on a regular basis.

If we’re going to understand the bigger picture of this current evolutionary process called Ascension, we need to see beyond the simple limitations of an individual’s life into the Cosmic program of Evolution as a whole.  We are in the throes of an evolutionary acceleration right now, brought on by a variety of significant factors, one of which is exemplified by the Schumann Resonance Factor which measures the rate of vibration of our planet as a whole.  In the 1950s when this frequency was first measured, it was established to be 7.8 hertz per second and stable at that number for years if not centuries. Since 2012 that frequency has been rising and spiking in the range of 30 to 50 hertz per second with some reports suggesting it is steadily moving higher. Simply put, Mother Earth is vibrating at a higher rate than her previous norm, and all of us aboard are being affected.

This begs the following question. Is it actually possible that such a program of accelerated change is being brought to an entire species of beings, groomed and ready for what some refer to as a bigger than life period of transformation?  “What if this is true?” is the question to be asked by all us humans as we come in touch with this possibility.  To see ourselves as part of this greater picture is to see the Whole Show which then contains snapshots of each other and outlining our part in the whole affair. This would  make our individual contributions to personal growth that much more important.  A lot to swallow, I know.

Mythology answers the question “Why are we here?”  It shows us our place in the grand scheme.  It opens us to the importance of every single life, like an organization of cells that came into being for a specified purpose. What is that purpose but the evolution of all of us as God’s Divine witnesses here on this Earth.  It is collaborative.  It is universal. It is Cosmic.  That’s how big this process is, this Universal Consciousness that is now coming together under the aegis of Ascension.

My book “Conscious Evolution - Mythology in Action” is an introduction to this concept, a place to start, a place to gather forces, personal strengths and awareness, in order to understand and do our part in this evolutionary process. If you Google “Conscious Evolution” you’ll see that many writers are tackling this subject.

The conception here is about more than self-help or personal growth.  This is Universal in its scope, in its administration, in its power to awaken and have people see themselves as part of this Cosmic Force.  Its a big deal!  Awakening to the truth of one’s soul purpose is a big deal, bigger than life itself.  It brings a whole new meaning to what is considered to be an individual’s Life Purpose.

When we ask that question today - “What is my Life Purpose?” - we are asking a Universal question of the ages, what every Hero and Heroine ask themselves at the beginning of their heroic journey.  Since all of humanity is on such a journey today, that question reverberates around the world and swoops people up in its power to arouse and awaken.

This is the power of myth - to inspire, arouse and awaken.  That’s what the characters in our novel “The Voice - A Training Manual for Souls” are finding out and that’s what we address in this non-fiction work titled “Conscious Evolution - Mythology in Action.”

For me understanding Mythology as a series of gifts received from our predecessors is a no-brainer.  Joseph Campbell showed us clearly how important that is. With that in mind we can see that evolution is no longer just a physical or psychological phenomenon but spiritual process which includes all aspects of being human. Once we grasp this as part of our human heritage and take the lead in our individual growth process we are engaged in Conscious Evolution.

Mythology in Action - Part 2

Mythology in Action - Part 2, Feb. 18, 2019
Maurice Turmel PhD - The Spiritual Psychologist

In my first post on this subject I laid out the circumstances in which I felt driven to become a psychologist.  The main trigger of that drive was the failure of my first marriage which set me on a quest to discover who I was and why I was here on this earth.  A divorce by itself is not enough to explain how such a quest came to be.  What were the roots of that particular failure that prompted such a change in life direction?  For the answer to that we have delve into my childhood where conditions and dynamics set the stage for what was to come later resulting in a long list of inappropriate choices that led to a bad marriage.

Once again, this is not to disparage my first wife whose unhappiness with the marriage was well founded from her point of view.  Add to which I myself was an unhappy camper having no idea at such a young age how any marriage was to proceed.  My childhood years set the stage for that failure and others in the area of work until I could identify and put a halt to repeating patterns of self-defeating behaviour.  The driving force behind these patterns was the belief that I did not deserve happiness or success as I unconsciously sabotaged these areas of my life.

The principal factor in all this stemmed directly from my childhood experiences of physical, emotional and mental abuse at the hands of my father.  He was a rager who took his frustrations out on his children, which I, as the eldest, took the brunt.  The terror and abuse that I experienced began before age 5 and continued well into my teens. It wasn’t a daily or weekly event for that matter, but when it happened it was terrifying and left an indelible mark on my psyche.  While other boys were bonding with their fathers and sharing warm and friendly relations, I bonded to terror which is what happens to victims of abuse.  I lived in fear of this man and grew a whole host of survival and avoidance strategies to try and mitigate his rage attacks.  However, being a child I would inevitably screw up and get attacked again.

In those early years my mother did her best to intervene but she was afraid of him too so she couldn’t do much to protect us.  Eventually she did grow stronger and stood up to him, but the damage had already been done. Myself along with two of my sisters bore the brunt of his rages and suffered the greatest damage.  In today’s world children would be removed from such a home, but back in the 50s abuse of children was common and nobody intervened unless you were hospitalized.

Out of this start in life grew low self-esteem and the belief that I was the one responsible for receiving these beatings.  Somehow, without any reasonable explanation, I was condemned for some alleged infraction and a beating with his belt was the end result.  Aside from the terror, another effect of this type of abuse was shame.  I was ashamed of myself because I was being beaten.  So I assumed I deserved it and the beatings happened because I was bad.  Whatever the so-called failure, it was never addressed as bad behaviour - instead, you were deemed a bad person and that’s why you were being beaten. In today’s language the long-term effects of such a childhood would be classified as a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, not unlike what military personnel experience in the heat of war.

This is a simple summary of where the roots of low self-esteem and self-sabotage began for me.  The physical and verbal abuse aside, there were also incidents of sexual abuse brought about by a troubled babysitter and a neighbourhood predator.  But these were mild compared to what was received at home. When these incidents were reported to our mother neither of those persons were ever allowed in our home again. In fairness I can also add here that there were some calm times and even happy times at home when we seemed to function reasonably well as a family. But the threat of dad’s explosive temper and tendency to violence was never far away and we children learned to remain vigilant for those signs.

Why am I sharing all this?  Because unlike choosing to be an airline pilot or architect or lawyer, you don’t choose psychology as a career unless you’re driven there by some predisposing circumstances.  In my case it was simply the need to understand myself and undo those negative patterns of behaviour that cost me jobs and my first marriage.  I needed to know how and why I was sabotaging myself, and what was driving this pattern of behaviour.

The simple answer was an accumulation of feelings such as abandonment, guilt and shame about my very being, and feelings of worthlessness as a result of being a victim of abuse.  The net result of such feelings is revealed in patterns of low self-esteem, self-sabotage and self-rejection.  The solution, simply put, is self-acceptance which in my case meant a long road of recovery and healing through years of group and individual therapy along with personal growth pursuits which all culminated in my choice of a career as a psychologist and helping professional.

It was during these recovery years that I found my way to the Myth of the Hero and saw in this pattern a similar quest to the one I found myself in.  From this came the realization that many humans have lived through such patterns throughout the ages.  So long before we had self-help groups and personal growth seminars, we had the Hero Myth as a model for self-discovery and personal healing from any life trauma, while putting oneself on a healthier track towards real happiness through self-acceptance. This is how my book “Conscious Evolution - Mythology in Action” came to be.  It includes my own experiences as a trauma victim and survivor along with those of several individuals whose biographies I studied while in training. Add to this the experiences of many therapy clients sharing their exposure to trauma and you have what some might call a real “meat and potatoes” kind of book, one that you can sink your teeth into since it is born from real life events.

Within the next few days I will be offering my book “Conscious Evolution - Mythology in Action” as a no cost Kindle Book Promotion for a limited time. I will be posting that information on the blog and in the Goodreads giveaways section.  I’ll be looking for reader feedback and reviews of course. It is my hope that the real life experiences and ideas offered here along with the book will help many of you as well. There may be one or two more posts on this subject before the book giveaway is launched.  Stay tuned to this blog for more.

Coming Home to You - Dr Moe

Coming Home to You

Are we to know this path of ours
From only this one Source
The sign inside says "work ahead"
When do we finish this house

Construction all around us borne
A nasty set of works
No time for waste or hesitates
No time to sleep or quirks

We must now know our part in this
To open up the chore
Grow in there your own new lair
Grow inside your store

Seek the shadows lurking now
In your house made do
By your own rise, you too design
A house that's yours and true

How to De-Hypnotize a Chicken and Break Free of Cabal Control - Reprise

How to De-Hypnotize a Chicken and Break Free of Cabal Control

Maurice Turmel PhD - "Dr Moe"

Here I am at 7am in the morning, wide awake, waiting for the other shoe to drop. I've opened myself up to everything and a part of me is definitely scared. I have to trust now. I have to trust that the world out there is a reflection of the new world I now hold inside.

I have surrendered! I have let go! I know I can’t control anymore so I've let go of everything I once believed was important. I trust my Self now, and I’m going with the flow, surrendering, letting go.

It’s all I can do. I've rooted out the core of that pain cycle I was in for over 60 years, that primal wound I suffered in childhood and all those defenses that came later as I tried to survive with that open rift that took root inside of me and that I worked so hard to try and deny.

I've asked for help, from Source, from family, from my Higher Self, from every Galactic in the neighborhood so I can deal with all immediate problems that have queued up for consideration since I let myself know that I’m open for business- the God business – the business of rectifying my Heart Center as the True North of my being.

My earliest wound gave birth to a “deficit” mentality, which I promptly tried to fill by performing, by seeking approval, by trying to figure out what “they” wanted. I pursued accumulation, of money, degrees, prominence, not for their inherent value, but as insulation against the pain that was now my constant companion. At the root of it all I had come to believe I simply wasn't good enough!

I got broken the moment I arrived on the planet. My violent father attacked me physically and mentally, dumping his own inadequacies on a 3 year old son who just had normal needs for attention and wasn't very adept at “not falling” or “breaking things” such as dinner plates, that now seemed way more important than me. "What have I done?" i ask myself, as an unfamiliar tension becomes my new normal.

That began the programming that put me into a very primitive state of survival in order to protect that fragile self within. It also set the stage for 10 years of therapy later in life that subsequently morphed into a career in Psychology. Step by step I began to heal and eventually, last week as a matter of fact, the Spell was finally broken.  The Trance, that once defined my reality and provided some form of refuge, collapsed, mainly at my own doing, but outside forces that I had prayed to had a hand in it as well.

Remember that word Trance. That’s where we've all been living while steeped in the sick soup of 3D life, treading in the Illusion that we lightworkers have all been fighting hard to break free of.

They”, the powers that were, put us into a Trance. They defined the world as they saw it, with Them in control and We as subjects to their whims. We kowtowed to them and They, the Cabal, used us as fodder for their programs such as war and a World Control Agenda.

We each have to break this Spell ourselves. At one time, they had most of us believing that there was no hope and no escape, only surrender to their will. They made us dependent on them from the very beginning of our lives. We are like “Hypnotized Chickens” following their lead, adopting their definitions of life, including and especially those that define us. That was their plan from the very beginning and that’s how they put us under their spell.

Today, Lightworkers, Starseeds and Spiritual Seekers everywhere are hard at work breaking that spell, waking up from that manufactured dream and taking back their power. We are each obliged to recapture our power by first recognizing that it exists, that this power belongs to us and that it was hijacked by the Cabal to service their Agenda. By Cabal I include Government, Religion and corrupt Business - especially Banking - as the True Axis of Evil.

These cabal entities are predators, no more or less cold-hearted than the most primitive of animals such as crocodiles and alligators. And I mean no offense to these wonderful creatures that simply are what they are. But to be a human predator is another matter. “In order to do so you have to shut down your conscience so you could take at will, abuse at will, and murder at will – yes, I said Murder.” That is the type of psychopathic entity that has to be removed from our consciousness, our belief systems and our physical reality. These are the predators that first defined us as “less than”, gave us false assurances that we could seek redemption by Kowtowing to their mandate (religion most assuredly) and placed us on the perpetual treadmill of “never enough”.

They said this is how the world works and we believed them. What’s a 3 year old to do? A 5 year old? A vulnerable teenager? An adult with a mortgage and credit card bills? Our parents were under their Spell! Our grand-parents were under their Spell! Everyone around us was under that Spell! We, the 99%, were the Working Class designed and programmed to serve the Elites. The game was on. We were born into a Trance that went from generation to generation, infecting us all. “Start running and make that treadmill turn.”

Like Sleeping Beauty, we are finally waking up. And like any mythical character that’s been asleep for so long, we are waking up grumpy, pissed off and irritable, because we are regaining our senses, those we numbed out with defense mechanisms, and with alcohol, drugs and the pursuit of achievements. Now we are regaining feeling again; our senses are returning and it hurts to realize how we've been lied to and abused. It’s like when your leg goes to sleep, (loses circulation and goes numb) when circulation resumes and feeling returns, it hurts, it stings, it pisses you off. A numb leg is not our normal state of feeling nor is a numb consciousness. When feeling returns it comes with some recovery pain until we adapt and own everything that’s coming up for scrutiny. To be fully alive and feel every part of our life is Our Normal State – not the Trance!!!

Driving us inward against ourselves is how the Cabal began shaping and entrenching their agenda. We were conditioned to be feel afraid from the git go, of all the ghosts and goblins they threw at us. “You’re a sinner”! “You’re weak”! “You’re broken and defective”! And only “We” can fix that.” That’s what put us to Sleep – the Sleep of Numbness which was the only escape we had.

Now we’re coming back into our own, regaining feeling, owning our disappointments and losses, questioning their agenda, examining our complicity in the Trance and taking responsibility. We are in effect “Breaking the Spell”. We may have sharp pains shooting through our body and consciousness as we do so, but we are regaining feeling and coming back to life.

Wake up Little Suzy, Wake up – We’re almost Home”

I know now that I put myself in this Trance for the learning part. All of us Lightworkers and Servers of the Light have done so. We wanted to learn the whole process of separation and re-connection by experiencing it from the inside out. We are now seeing how we became infected and how we stayed asleep with the cabal's regularly set programming, which we got at church every Sunday, and which poured over us steadily through all the mainstream media which they controlled. Yelling at us from one angle or another – “this how it is” – “we are the creators of Reality” – “you must obey” “we are in charge.”

Those SOBs have hypnotized us into believing that they are special and we are Not – that they are gods, and we are mere mortals. “We are nothing but slime and worm food and we are lucky to be able to pursue some form of deliverance through their approved methods and illusory goals, which always remain unattainable.”

They've had us by the throat with laws, artificial conditions, wars, fear, and learned helplessness – The Works. Beating us up, driving us into the ground and leaving us there so they could trample all over us until they needed us for some perverted aspect of their sick agenda. That is Elitism at work!

But here’s a kicker. They have controlled us for so long now, they are also hypnotized into believing they are special, and of course it is their right to assume the mantle of authority over our lives. That’s been the Right Wing Pseudo-Christian agenda all along - Control others and turn them into Slaves. We are waking up to these facts at this very moment. But they have yet to realize that they too are slaves to the same system that keeps them from knowing their true worth. Ah Ha!

We who claim to be Lightworkers have come to that place in our hearts where we can see through that obfuscating mist, where we can identify the Trance for the illusion it is and finally, Break the Spell through our Spiritual Health oriented methods and practices. We are realizing and regaining our power, recapturing that sense of self that is inherently God given and our very own, and standing up for ourselves at every available opportunity.
We are saying No to religious barbarism, No to corporate control of our lives, No to polluting energy sources, No to manipulation of our food supply, No to criminal government policies, No to Banksterism and No to the entire Cabal Agenda!

Let’s take Michael Moore and George Carlin as examples. They are under no illusion on how this world works. They are no longer victims of The Spell. They have drunk the Elixir of Truth and for them, the Spell is Broken.BROKEN!!!
They are part of the same chorus we are joining: “We are through serving the Cabal and here’s why” No shortage of reasons follow that claim, but the most important of all is:“We want the Truth to prevail and We, the 99%, demand Equality for All.”

Michael Moore and George Carlin are heroes to me, people who broke the spell of their own psychological imprisonment and have stood up to the Cabal time and time again. Oh I know the critics of Moore will start shouting at this point, but I don’t care. Anyone who feels the need to complain about such an obviously good man has not done their own soul repair work. They have nothing to offer but cynicism, which is simply a cover for fear. Good luck with that. For those of us waking up, the best is yet to come!

George Carlin, another hero of mine, advised us time and time again to “Question everything”. As a lightworker who came here to help out I take that advice to heart. We the People have been lied to, and they, the Illuminati, are the liars, the pornographers of truth and the abusers of mankind. They are the sick ones in our society, not us. They are so infected with the disease of righteousness that they can’t see the world in any other way except as divided between Controllers and Slaves. We have been the controlled, the abused and those entrenched into servitude. But No More! The gloves are off and we are reclaiming our lives.

The Cabal are now trapped by circumstances of their own making. Because they are also entrenched into a form of servitude, one that sees them believing the trance idea that “they are superior, more worthy and more deserving”, which makes them victims of the very same Spell they wove around us. By being special they don’t feel compelled to self-examine, and without that mechanism they never get to find out who they really are. “Hoisted by their own Petard,” one could say.

We lightworkers self-examine all the time. It’s a matter of psychological and spiritual survival as we heal wounds and recover self-esteem. Bit by bit we accumulate genuine personal value. We start to love unabashedly. We reach out. We ask for help. We surrender to the genuine flow of life which is “godliness" pure and simple. We are the winners here.
As long as we remained Hypnotized Chickens, we belonged to the Cabal and they gladly kept us trapped in that illusion. Do you remember that their trance included a key item - the promise that “they would take care of us and protect us?” Do you recall when “The Decider” made that promise after 9/11? Weren't you reassured by that? I promptly puked.

A big part of The Trance is money – how much do you have – how much is enough – how do I get more. According to the trance, there is never enough money. Buy lottery tickets! Lie, cheat and steal! Do whatever it takes to pile it up. Look at the banks and Libor. Look at the wealthy like Donald Trump and the Bush family. Look at them closely. These people have billions and it’s still not enough. That’s the god of money at work – More is never Enough!!!
Sure we need money to live in our society. Many people are content with their incomes and savings, but most are not. The latter genuinely believe they must have more. “More, please Mr Scrooge, May I have some more?”
Well, all the money in the world will never save you from having to look at your soul and take responsibility for your actions. If you screwed people over for your money, you will pay. Karma is a bitch. The consequences are Biblical. "You will reap what you have sown."

For all of us in the 99%, breaking free of this Master Illusion is tantamount to a major revolution. We have to give up the delusion, that they, the cabal - government, business, religion – will take care of us. Releasing that idea we now realize that we have to face life on Planet Earth alone. Well, not so fast. At this point in our evolution we have already begun to acknowledge and engage our faith in God, the One we now know lives inside, the part of us that has already begun to deliver us from evil by exposing the Trance. We have begun to see ourselves as whole again, as complete and as perfect. That’s how we are breaking free. And "Voila", we begin to fall in love with our true Selves!

At this time we are becoming Whole as we shake off the sleepy nightmare and consequent dilemma we've been cast into. We realize we are not alone. We know we have our God Self to work with. But how do we learn to trust that part of ourselves that we've been so conditioned to avoid, to distrust, to not even realize its existence within our hearts? After all, the Illuminati have successfully used God as a control mechanism, by defining Him/Her as an abstraction, something unknowable and always just out of reach.

Personal power is at stake here. It’s what has been taken away from us from the moment of our arrival on this planet. Who do we believe in? Them, or us? Well with Ascension fully under way and each of us riding that wave, we are on the verge of breaking that spell once and for all. Many of us have already done so, and many more are making that transition from victim to autonomy, like popcorn exploding into full bloom on a hot plate. We put ourselves on the hot plate of Ascension because we wanted to evolve and reclaim our spiritual life. Are we done yet?

Not so fast my fine feathered friends! It is scary coming out of that Trance. What happens to all those protections that they, the cabal, promised us, and that we came to believe existed? Can we live without them? Where do we go now? What do we do?

There’s nothing worse than feeling alone, abandoned and uncared for – unless, you've learned to start liking and loving yourself. That’s the simple lesson that every Hero and Heroine must learn before they can be truly free. Until we realize that and take hold of it the cabal still has us by the short hairs.

We have to rescue our Selves from their lair. We do so by choosing love. And we must learn about true love, not romantic love - but True Love, by first learning to love ourselves – unconditionally. We have to face the Abyss – the absence of their illusory protection – stand naked in the storm of life – and jump. That is the price of Freedom. We Must Choose Our Selves!!! That’s the lesson of myth. Once Heroes and Heroines choose themselves, their quest is at an end - That's All She Wrote!

At our house we are going through personal bankruptcy which, in an odd twist of fate, is actually helping us Break Free of the banksters’ clutches. The cabal always define bankruptcy as a failure – certainly it is by their standards. “You failed to comply with the system! You failed to save your money! You failed to play the Game. You must pay tribute to Caesar, or Caesar will have your head.” But if, as we now realize with the continuing pursuit and arrest of criminal banksters, that the system is corrupt and rigged, then breaking free via whatever method available is my duty to both myself and my family. Too bad Caesar!

Yes, money brings a certain amount of freedom as already stated, and is necessary to our current way of life. But real freedom only comes with healing our wounds, excavating the damage done to us by the cabal agenda, and recovering that lost frightened child within, which is our God Self in waiting. This is our responsibility and choosing to do so costs us nothing. Nothing but Love! Choosing your Self first and foremost, and acknowledging your Self as equally important to all other selves and as lovable as your adoring cat, this will definitely set you Free – whether you have money or not. It is not the other way around. Absolutely Not!

Freedom’s just another word for Nothing left to Lose.”

When you consciously surrender to your God Self, you step into the natural flow of life, and all the abundance you wish for will be forthcoming. You just have to “let go.” In so doing you've found Freedom’s other door, the simple one, the easy one, the truest one of all – the one that says: “I've got your back – I am your Higher Self – and I’ll show you the way through.”

That message is hard to believe at first, but since all else has failed in your attempts to seek redemption, you may as well listen to what your “inner voice” has to say. Give yourself a rest already. Every twelve stepper on the planet knows this one: “Let Go, and Let God”. End of story!

The controllers of the world had us spellbound for the longest time. A total collapse of their system is now necessary to make things right. And each of us has to believe that we deserve it, our freedom that is. We have to give up the cabal’s illusion that in order to be protected by them we must be controlled by them. Let the “Decider” take care of you. Ask the people in New Orleans how that worked out! Ask the families of dead marines and soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq how that has worked out! Ask the families who lost loved ones on 9/11 how that worked out! Ask all the victims of 2008’s economic meltdown and housing collapse how that has worked out. Our daughter was a victim here along with millions of others who lost their homes because of banksterism.

We are not free until we wrestle that control away from them and take back our power. We are not free until we stand up for our rights. We are not free until we take responsibility for everything that happens to us including our unconscious complicity in their agenda. Once we own all of that we are Free. And no one has to die in the process. We do not have to harm one member of the Cabal to do that. But we are certainly entitled to prosecute them for their crimes.

Wake up Sleeping Beauty – The Dark Queen is not your Friend – And you don’t need a Prince to kiss you awake

All you need is your stern determination to know yourself as God. Badda Bing, Badda Boom – It is done.”
We Are the Answer to our Prayers. Get to know your Self and the God within. You are a Servant of the Light engaged in Ascension because something deep inside has called to you and you recognize This Voice as very important. Your heart, your soul, your love of mankind and the truth, All of these compel you to stand up and be counted. You are a Lightworker– Hear yourself Roar!!!

Love to all,
Dr Moe
