Beloved Masters, the structured, material world humanity has created over the past many Ages is quickly crumbling.

Forced, restrictive material boundaries and limitations are being left behind and replaced with the tolerant concepts of fairness and equality.

Misaligned beliefs, distorted laws and dogmatic religious teachings are being reassessed and found lacking as the masses shake off the shackles of limitation and seek the empowerment of illumined truth and Self-mastery.

The sorrow, sacrifice and agony symbolized by the crucifixion are of the past.

Triumph, joy and strength will be the focus of spiritual endeavor, and the bliss of the higher realms will be available to those who gain the ability to exist in the more refined fields of consciousness within the higher fourth and fifth dimensions.

What awaits you in these glorified realms, dear hearts, is beyond your wildest imaginings. Infusions of Love/Light will help you harmonize your emotional nature so that you may traverse the multilevels of the fourth dimension with ease and grace.

Focused intelligence and access to your Sacred Mind are necessary in order to successfully enter and traverse the sub-levels of the fifth dimension. It is important that you practice regular mind clearing via the higher frequencies of Light.

Remind yourself often: “What purpose does it serve to hold onto old grudges and hurtful incidents?” There are now multiple realities to choose from. Sooner or later, everyone must become aware that they are multidimensional Beings. Accept the truth that you are immortal and begin to live life to the fullest in the Eternal Now.

Developing Self-awareness requires focused thought, which leads to pathways of higher consciousness. You must develop and perfect your power of conscious selection within the accepted, narrower spectrum of Light and shadow. In the future, more refined reality of humanity, peace will prevail, and conflict will be resolved via diplomacy as everyone learns to seek the highest outcome and the most benevolent solutions.

At first you must consciously choose a positive alternative to a negative, habitual response. During your nightly review of your day, envision a higher frequency alternative, and gradually the negative habits will fade away. All facets of manifestation begin internally.

The concepts or abstract ideas to be birthed must go through an incubation stage before they can become a reality in the world of form. Remember, all of your life’s experiences are a result of the discordant or harmonious frequencies you project; consciously or unconsciously, you are the creator of your material reality.

As you make progress in the process of claiming your gifts and attributes of mastery, you will discover that loneliness is an illusion, an impulse of the ego, whereby external stimulus or interaction with other people is sought as a means of enjoyment or validation of self-worth.

The desire for solitude becomes a burning impulse for the spiritual aspirant. You must experience aloneness to discover who you really are. It is vitally important that you tune into and monitor your own thoughts, for the constant, random mind chatter becomes potent thought forms if it is allowed to continue over a long period of time. It is like cutting a groove of thought in your “mind recording apparatus,” and your subconscious/ego mind will eventually accept these random thoughts as your truth.

Each person is unique, and in the process of awakening to your Divinity, you will gradually release the confining disguise of the ego personality in your own time and in your own way.

Humanity is experiencing three planes of consciousness at once, even though most people are not aware of this fact.

THREE LOWER CHAKRAS: PHYSICAL-MENTAL BODY * Strong astral influences and mass consciousness belief patterns affect the personality. EMOTIONAL BODY * Conditioned impulses via past life memories and DNA ancestral encodings are the norm. THE EGO DESIRE BODY * A combination of past and present life conditioning is the driving force behind the ego.

THE BRIDGE TO HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE HEART. THE THREE PLANES OF CONSCIOUSNESS EVOLVE AS FOLLOWS: EMOTIONAL BODY senses via the Soul / Sacred Heart center. MENTAL BODY consciousness evolves via the Sacred Mind / Soul consciousness.

SPIRITUAL AWARENESS becomes the third component via the Soul and the OverSoul Higher Self. As you become attuned to the higher frequencies of Light, you will become accustomed to the flow of Sacred Fire Breath, which has been called the River of Life/Love/Light. There is a hidden, powerful, radiant current of knowledge encoded within this Living River of Life. It is a code of creative genius; however, you must tap into the wisdom of the Sacred Mind in order to access this innate power.

We also wish to remind you that your hands are one of the most highly developed links to your brain, for there are etheric generator crystals embedded within the palms of the hands. They were designed to be some of the strongest, electromagnetic impulses of the physical vessel. That is why those who have activated or developed the healing power within their hands are so effective in the healing arts. In the future, you have the potential of redeveloping the memory cells within your fingertips so that you may access conscious and subconscious information through touch.

A good exercise would be to hold a crystal which you have Self-programmed as a generator healing crystal in one of your hands as you focus on activating the healing abilities within the palms of your hands. Via the Infinity Breath exercise, concentrate on sending/feeling the Adamantine Particles of Light within your palms. Your palms may become very warm or begin to tingle. It may take a while for you to feel the sensations; however, you will gradually gain the ability to send healing Creator Light to localized parts of your own body. Future healing will include en-Lighten-ed, dynamic healers with the ability to send almost laser-like healing beams of Divine Light to their patients. Reiki and other energy modalities are based on this ancient, esoteric knowledge.

You, the StarSeed, are awakening to the awareness of your celestial heritage, which has been encoded within atom seed crystals and stored within your Sacred Mind. Also, be aware that there is a magnificent history of bravery and excellence woven into the violent and often tedious journey of human evolution. You are experiencing a resurrection of extra-sensory abilities and higher consciousness abilities which have been dormant for many ages.

However, it takes dedication and effort to open the sealed door to your inner wisdom, the Sacred Mind. It is vitally important that you learn to trust your own inner guidance once more. A loving and grateful heart purifies the consciousness and creates tranquility and peace of mind. It develops into a constant State of Being and not just an occasional practice.

It is apparent in every facet of earthly existence that humanity is awakening from the illusional dream of past ages as the refreshing Light of God-consciousness permeates all Creation. Each Soul has an unique consciousness code within their Diamond Core God Cell. This code contains the perfect resonance or harmonics for each lifetime.

One of the wonders of recalibrating your Energetic Signature with your Soul Song is that the attuned frequencies begin to resonate with the streams of Living Light which connect your Soul to many other fragments of your Higher Self. At that time, your ascension process truly begins. You still cannot comprehend that you are strongly interconnected with all the facets of your Higher Self. One of the greatest, most astounding awakenings is when you become aware that you are a facet of a great, multidimensional Being of Light.

Once again we will remind you of this important fact: All Creation is constantly moving in and out of specific vibrational patterns, which we call energetic signatures, or OCTAVES OF ENERGETIC SOUND. You are identified by your energetic signature and your Soul Song, which determine the Light brilliance of your auric field. Your energetic signature is composed of the frequencies of your physical vessel in your third- /fourth-dimensional environment. The balanced frequencies of the higher fourth and fifth dimensions are stored within your Soul-self and become part of your Soul Song.

Beloveds ingrain this thought firmly within your mind. There are an incalculable number of unified fields of consciousness. Even though you are not as yet capable of accessing the more powerful, refined vibrational patterns of the higher realms, nevertheless, the vibrant frequencies of all the Rays and levels of God-consciousness are affecting each of you, as well as the Earth, each and every moment of your life.

The chakra system has both magnetizing and radiating capabilities. The higher the frequency patterns you can accommodate, the faster and more perfectly your chakras will spin, thereby radiating a greater force and higher frequency patterns throughout your bodily form and out into the world. Energy is always in motion. Creation is always in motion. The only pause is during the STILL POINT of new Creation.

Over the past several years, the term “Earth Angel” has become a common term in spiritually-focused messages and channeled missives. To clarify, this can mean any Soul who is steadfastly striving to attain Self-mastery so that he/she may join the ranks of World Servers.

My Story:

I've been a student of Mythology since the early 80s when I was a graduate student in a Counseling Psychology PhD program at the University of Alberta, Canada. I was drawn to mythology by its inherent ability to tell the human story through myths and fables. I included a chapter on The Myth of the Hero in my PhD thesis. It was well received. 17 years ago I "received" The Voice - a mythical tale about lightworkers preparing themselves for the Ascension of Planet Earth. I thought it was a great story about personal evolution, not realizing how it would connect with us today. 10 years ago I began "receiving" the components of my second book "Conscious Evolution" the non-fiction "how to" version of what The Voice revealed in mythical story form. Again, little did I know how relevant either of these books would be today. That has become ever so clear and I am now "moved" to officially release them. Calling All Lightworkers, Starseeds and Wayshowers:

A Mission Statement for 2012

I am coming to life. I am waking up. I am awakening to my True Self. I am! I am! I am!

I am coming out to greet the world, to share my story, to be a man/woman, to be a contributor, to be a helper, caregiver, supporter and guide. I am a guide to the New Age. I have been here before. I know the way. I can retrace my steps. I can be who I came here to be.

I am coming out of my shell. Sometimes I take action. Sometimes I can’t do anything but wait and pray; then it’s time to just listen. I can only move when I am being urged to move. Some days I am half asleep, groggy, stumbling around, unsure of what to do, unsure of where to go, within that fog so to speak. I appear to be stumbling around between worlds.

I am releasing my hold on 3D and have already planted one foot in 5D. I have just lifted my other foot off 3D and am about to plant it as well on the 5D landscape. That makes me nervous. Because when I do plant that second foot, I say goodbye to 3D forever.

I am ready to do so, to say goodbye to 3D because I have nothing left to give that realm and there is no real grip there anymore for me to hold on to. I have to let go and swim with the 5D current I am already in. I am OK with that. I can trust this current. It is safe. And I clearly sense it is taking me where I want to go.

I know, I want to go Home to my Heart, out of this sphere of indictment so I can let go of that fearful, competitive realm in favour of this new safer version of Life, the one that bonds me to God – Thy Self.

I just want to be removed from all this turmoil and disengage from the 3D drama completely. I am ready to do that now because I am at peace with myself. I’ve decided to love myself and that brings me peace. Yes, I am ready to surrender to this process, to have more influence on my health, wealth and well-being, through communion with God, Source, All-That-Is.

I want to be in that space again, enveloped in the Great Creator’s arms, enjoying that blissful hug that brings me closer to Thy Breath, where I can inhale Your wind and fire and breathe it back into the landscape that surrounds me.

I want to breathe new life into this tired old Earth. I want to have Her heave and sigh, like a lover about to wake up refreshed. I want to bring her gifts of glory and peace. I want to be me, all that I am, and be Free. Yes, Free!

That amounts to total surrender, I realize, to the peace within, the energy and light that have carried me this far. Yes, I am tired. Tired! Tired! Tired! I’ve been waiting for so long, waiting for You to come to me – now realizing, it is I who must return to You.

I am the Prodigal Son/Daughter returning home to the loving arms of their Parent. I have ventured far and wide this lifetime, and discovered many wonderful things again, as much as one can carry in any one lifetime.

I have learned that the Heart is the true Gold in life and to which we must surrender, so we can safely traverse this next level of challenging terrain. This land ahead is marked “for your eyes only”, for those of us who have chosen to ascend. Ascension is the new season peeking over the horizon of 2012. I have ascended before, I am told, so I know the way apparently.

Yes, I can see up ahead. There is a light and it is I (Eye) gleaming in the distance. It is “I” that I return to, to complete this cycle of life/death/rebirth/life. It is “I” that I embrace as I reach that homeward station. It is “I” that I receive when I stretch out my arms to welcome Me home. It is “I”. And I am each and every one of you whom I encounter on this road to paradise.

Yes, I’ve seen it all before. The signs are looking familiar again. There are lights coming on here and there to help me along, to glow in the dark until I am done fumbling about and can readily see for myself. There are more and more lights along this path now, like the landing lights at an airport. Impossible to miss at this point in the journey. Eyes (I’s) Forward!

I am guided by these lights. I am welcomed by them. And I am embraced by them as I touch down once again on this gentle soil of my own making. I am just another hunter looking for a way home. A familiar cry, some would say, but let this be my way to travel and exhibit all my gifts and abilities, woven together from a tapestry of grand desires. Yes, I want it all this time, the whole kit and kaboodle as they say. Nothing less will do.

Are you ready for service dear Lightworker / Starseed / Wayshower? Are you ready to address the concerns of others as if they were your own? Then step aboard this Glory Train and get ready to rumble. Things might get rough for a while, as we sort out the details of who was right and who was wrong up to this point.

About those Mighty Men now:

“Don’t be scared of that bunch” guidance is telling us all as you cast an eye toward those mighty men who broke your world. “You trusted them and they let you down. Oh, they failed miserably and never had a chance really. Because they were crippled by the same fear that afflicted you, and that’s why they drove themselves to accumulate all they could, so much so, that they turned to gangsterism to gain what they decided was theirs for the taking. A veritable ship of fools!”

That’s how sick they were, and still are, those who practice this art form called deception. Self-deception is what it always amounts to. They are so far gone at this point; they have no idea what they really are, and much less of an idea about you and I. They are taking their well deserved tumble, and we came to watch. “How horrible is that?” one may say. “Who’s laughing now?” another may add. “How pitiful is that?” is the only viable conclusion.

These mighty men, they showed us what Not to Do, that the god of Money is no god at all, nothing more than an unsatisfied mistress who wants more and more and more, until you’re broken into little pieces and strewn all over the floor. House of Cards? Castles in the Sand? Take your pick!

What else can one say about these men? They are a sad lot indeed. Their power is gone. Their fraudulent business empires are crumbling. Their paper money is tattered and in shreds. What have they achieved? Nothing! Nothing! Nothing! They literally have nothing to show for all their accumulating, their avarice and their controlling addictions.

Hoisted by their own Petard, they are real victims here, because they failed at everything they tried! Why? Because a house built on lies is bound to fail. They erected the proverbial Castles in the Sand, that are doomed to be washed away with the next cleansing tide – which is You and I, my fine feathered friends, my fellow Lightworkers, Starseeds, Wayshowers and all around good folks.

We are that tide, beautiful Starseeds, glowing Lightworkers - Wayshowers of the New World. We, you and I, are that tide, here to wash away the “sins of the father”, clean up this galactic mess and restore Mother Earth to her natural beauty, peace and calm; so she can be the nurturer that she is and lover of all she embraces. Let’s be good to Mum this year, 2012; she deserves it.

The Transformation of Our DNA Is Leading Us to Universal Truths

We have been stuck in a Universal Time Matrix that has been disconnected from higher dimensional frequencies for thousands of years. Our DNA is finally catching up and breaking through restraints which have halted our progress. Somehow, we’ve agreed to do all of this to ourselves. However, humans will soon know and understand why 97% of our DNA has a higher purpose and why its transformation is leading us into an awakening that we never could have imagined.

True Self Realization and Soul Awakening requires expansion of our existing beliefs (beyond the restrictions of your programmed belief system – Opening up to the Absolute Universal Truth). We come into this planet knowing the Universal Truth. As we grow up we disconnect from the Universal Truth and inherit our family’s belief system. Our parent’s beliefs usually end up being the foundation of our beliefs. The foundation of this belief creates our restrictions. The Universe has no restrictions. We create the boundaries based on our beliefs. These boundaries limit our spiritual growth / inner development which affect our DNA and vice-versa.

Our DNA exists not only biologically, but dimensionally as well. Scientists study the aspects of the DNA phenomenon and have learned much. What they do not yet understand is that our DNA is much more than a functioning biological entity. It is our harmonic signature Universally.

If we were to hear the tones generated by each segment of each strand of our DNA, we would find that they create a collection of harmonic frequencies that when combined, duplicate our exact harmonic frequency. That harmonic frequency is our Universal identifier. There is no other who carries that frequency which is our own. In essence, we exist with our own harmonic resonance.

Our genetic structure operates much in the way a satellite system works as a transmitter and receiver. It is our biological and energetic connection to all things not only environmental but Universal. The frequencies found within our genetic structure are very fine. Light in fact.

According to the findings of the Russian Scientists, the genetic code follows the same rules found in human languages. By modulating certain frequency sound patterns on a laser ray, they are able to influence DNA frequency and genetic information. The most interesting aspect of their discovery is that simple words and phrases can work just as well as laser beams. Man can literally reprogram his genetic blueprint through words–which explains why affirmations and hypnosis can have powerful effects on mind and body. Healing with sound and words lies within man’s power.

This discovery also points to the significance of sound frequencies and vibrations in the origin of human life and the possibility that creation was generated by waves of consciousness. The Phantom DNA effect is a case in point: the energy field of a DNA sample remains detectable by laser light even when the physical sample is removed. At a fundamental level, man is pure energy. In Wave Genetics, the junk DNA functions at a rich infrastructure level of super codes and wave communication, realized in material form as crystalline structures–dynamic gene-holograms in liquid crystals of the chromosome continuum. What this model suggests is that the human gene is part of larger holograms (multiverse) of wave information reality. Hyper-communication, in the form of remote sensing, remote healing and telepathy, is definitely a part of the human protocol.

Scientists are aware that 97% of our DNA is, as they call it “junk DNA”. They call it junk because they don’t see that we have any use for it. Only 3% of our DNA is wrapped up in the spiraling double helix strand. During the time of the 75,000 year cycle when we are exposed to the most torsion energy waves and it affects our DNA by reorganizing the 97% “junk” DNA from a 2-strand double helix to a 12-strand helix advancing man in a leap of evolution.

Empty space is not really empty but filled with the invisible torsion wave energy at different degrees of concentration. Thus, as the stars and planets drift through the galaxy they pass through different concentrations in very exact intervals of time, with precise cycles that can vary in length from thousands to millions of years. As planets move through periods of high concentration of these torsion waves a transformation affects the DNA structure on the planet, which causes more highly evolved forms to more rapidly replicate than less evolved forms of life. Ample evidence of this is seen to occur through our fossil records which evolution has shown this to occur in sudden jolts rather than as a gradual process. The effect has been named as “punctuated equilibrium” by mainstream biologists.
Our current solar system has major cycles of approximately every 25,000 years (procession of the equinox) and a really high shift of incoming torsion wave energy every 3rd cycle or 75,000 years. The year 2012 is our solar system reaching this 75,000 year arrival point in our cycle. The torsion energies have been noticeably increasing since 1998.

All matter harnesses torsion waves to sustain its existence. An atom is actually a vortex of aetheric energy, where the negatively-charged electron clouds are pressing in towards the positively-charged nucleus. Geometry is also a major factor in the quantum realm, since it represents the natural form that vibration creates in a fluidlike medium. These naturally occurring aetheric vibrations will cause atoms that are released from a tiny nozzle to gather into perfectly geometric microclusters, which act as one large atom in their own right.

When a planet reaches this 3rd set of 25,000 year cycles the energy upgrades automatically whether its inhabitants are ready or not. The extent of these leaps vary. This current cycle propels our evolutionary processes up to the point that there will be a really big change which is ascension. This ascension process happens routinely in planets through the solar systems as they evolve. That is why in the past 50 years there has been an increase in “communications” of ascended masters from the “other side” that have too, gone through this process ions ago. They are here to help us make the transition of these new torsion energy waves coming in and their effect on all matter. However, their “help” never infringes on individuals free-will.

Higher frequency energies being transmitted by the forces of light onto this planet allow individuals that are open to receive (through their beliefs and mindset) to activate their higher Chakras (7 to 15), which opens their central channels (Universal Kundalini), raise their frequency and DNA between NOW (2011) and December 2012. These activations help bypass the restriction programs being activated on this planet. The restriction program energies get activated in March 2011 (force field of energy that restricts human ascension process) and is planned to go full force in December 2012. Those that do not raise their frequencies will fall into these energies and will not be able to ascend to the higher dimensions (beyond dimension 11.5).

The DNA of most people on this planet has already been mutated. That is why only 3-5 DNA strands are active instead of the 12-48 DNA strands. The distortion of this planetary grid system thousands of years ago caused a mutation in our DNA structure. The original human had minimum of 12 DNA strands, 12 fully activated higher senses (5 lower and 7 higher), full access to the higher divine mind and memories of life experiences in all time lines. The average human beingÂ today has only 3 to 4 DNA stands active, 5 functional senses and no memories of who they are and why they are on Earth. Those that are awakening are seeking higher level answers and processes to activate their higher DNA strands and raise their frequency.

We need to clear all past issues, forgive ourselves and others, release all negative energy patterns in our system, generate loving thoughts for ourselves and others, expand on the restricted planetary belief systems and open our mind set to the universal level this initiates the basic process to open ourselves to receive our full power.

Activating the pineal and opening the higher heart center (sacred heart at the thymus) with activation and clearing of the seven lower Chakra Seals speeds up the process, opens the higher Chakras, raises our frequency levels and opens the the higher paths through the central channel to our higher layers
On an esoteric / spiritual level, almost all teachers agree that the objective of this school we call earth is to teach us to love one another. The more unpleasant the world — and its leaders and controllers — may look to us, the more inclined we are to not act the same way… and that ultimately IS the whole point.

In more scientific terms, we can argue that we are going through an energetically-programmed evolution at this time.

Evidence shows this energetic evolution has direct effects on our level of consciousness — and even the structure and function of our own DNA.

What is Ascension?

It’s graduation day…moving from the 3rd dimension to the 4th density dimension (although some sources state we’ll move from 3D to 5D). All planets do it as they evolve, since torsion waves see to it that things progress. What happens to the 3rd density earth? It physically goes through a rebirthing process to start the cycle all over again taking millions of years and millions of stair-step jolt cycles to evolve upwards again. However, ascension takes place far in advance of earth’s changes, so it isn’t an issue to life forms on earth.

Third dimensional humans experience themselves separate from each other and preoccupied with issues of survival and self-awareness.

Fourth dimensional humans have the conscious awareness that they are a part of each other and connected by loving energy-Oneness. Supposedly a 3rd density body could not live on a 4th density planet, as the DNA would no longer be supported by the torsion waves of that area. Some sources state that we will have telepathy and able to instantly “think” into being what we want.

Consequently, the ability to controlling your thoughts will be paramount. 4D earth will look just like 3D earth but your daily physics involved will be different. The ascension will happen instantly (although some cultures state their sources say it’s a 3 day process which you are in darkness for those 3 days.) You may wake up one morning and the colors in your room are much brighter and when you jump, instead of coming right down it takes you 30 seconds to float down.

So, essentially, “ascension” is just another name for the process that beings go through as they change densities. Contemporary metaphysical scientists, such as Gregg Braden, call it zero point energy, the photon belt, or aetheric energy. As our solar system passes through this invisible density of energy, significant changes are translated down to the physical level, since torsion energy affects all matter.

This process of change is known as the Awakening, or as the Ascension process. We need to transcend our fears and learn about love, real love, which has to start with the self. Because until we can love and trust ourselves, we cannot truly love or trust anything or anybody else.

The Symptoms

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the “Christ seed” awakens within. This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” job or career right now. This too shall pass. You’re in transition, and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00?4:00 a.m. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a “breather.” Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall pass.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogeyman. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be “spatially challenged” with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground or that you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased “self talk.” You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to “flee” groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That’s okay, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to “do no-thing.” Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a “suicidal” feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have inner remembrances of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy?

Yes, indeed, you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

Beloved masters, it is vitally important for you to understand that these are unprecedented times whereby many special dispensations are in force. It is a grand opportunity for you, the seekers of the Light, to tap into your Divine heritage and your special gifts and talents. At rare intervals, and during the transitional period from one great Age to another, Cosmic Law allows the Beings of the angelic realm and the spiritual hierarchy to pass through the veil and make contact with select, awakened members of the human race. You must express a willingness and a desire to interact with these wondrous, advanced Beings, for they will not infringe upon your free will. When you focus your attention on a particular master, angel or Being of Light, they are immediately aware of you and will respond. The more intense, sincere and constant your desire, the more of their radiance they will bestow upon you.

Your guardian angels, spiritual guides and teachers will make every effort to assist you to receive the higher frequencies of wisdom which are critical for these chaotic times of transformation. These benevolent Beings endeavor to gain your attention by intensifying the Light within your Solar Power Center and eventually within your Sacred Heart. You have waited centuries for an invitation to consciously communicate with the ascended masters and the angelic realms, and they have patiently awaited this time as well. Communing with the Beings of Light is a great evolutionary step for you, as human Beings, for it quickly facilitates a new conscious awareness and a powerful transformation within you. Most likely, you will first connect with and learn to interact and communicate with your personal guides or, sometimes, your master teacher will quickly establish a relationship with you, especially, if you made an agreement to work with that particular Being before incarnating in this lifetime.

Many of you are in the process of developing your sixth sense–the intuitive mind, whereby you will have a direct line to your OverSoul Self and certain facets of your multiple Higher-Selves. It is the beginning phase of creating a direct line to home base, your Divine I Am Presence / God-Self. Do not seek God in the heavens or some far away, unattainable place, for the Essence of the Creator, a Spark of Divinity, resides within your Sacred Heart. Many of you are becoming aware of your Divine origins; however, you have only a slight inkling of your vast potential as a bearer of Cosmic Light. It is vitally important that you become attuned to the ever-increasing frequencies of Creator Light, for it will accelerate the ascension process and assist you in attaining the status of a Self-master so that you may fulfill your pledge to be a Light upon the Path and a Wayshower.

Remember, you can only access vibrational levels with which you and your Energetic Signature are compatible. That is why it is so important to have gone through a clearing/cleansing process in order to achieve a more balanced and harmonious State of Being within your mental and emotional bodies.

Long, long ago, you, who would later come forth as the Star Seed Wayshowers for the ascension of humanity and the Earth, agreed to take on a special role on the planet Earth sometime in the far distant future. This group of brave Souls would incarnate into every race, color, culture and creed, and they would be spread far and wide upon the planet in preparation for a preordained cosmic drama: the mass ascension of humanity and the Earth, along with all material manifestations within this Sub-Universe.

Those of you who stepped to the fore were given a special dispensation whereby much of your minor imbalances would be cleared so that your earthly burden would not be too overwhelming. All that remained would be the major lessons that you needed to resolve so that you could return to a balanced and harmonious level of vibrational frequencies, thereby lifting your Energetic Signature / Soul Song to the mid-fourth dimension and higher.

A vast multitude of you, the Star Seed, are well on your way to Self-mastery; however, too many of this Wayshower group are still at slumber or in denial. Each of you has a major role to play in the accelerated evolutionary process that is now in progress. The genetic encodings of this group carry the best qualities of all the former root races, along with special memory cell encodings for the new Golden Root Race of the future. It is true that over time there have been great imbalances amongst this group of Souls, and many have not listened to the nudgings of their Spirit Self and have forgotten their earthly mission. However, deep within your Sacred Heart core, each of you were encoded with a Light Consciousness Cell that, when activated, would help you remember your promise to be our earthly representatives, and that your mission would be to strive with all your Beingness to become proficient cocreators of beauty, peace, harmony and abundance on the Earthly plane.

We wish to give you some basic information so you will be able to put what we are sharing with you in proper perspective. It is important that you not see yourselves as people of only one lineage, for all of you have experienced lifetimes in all the major root races. It is important that you do not place yourselves above those on the path behind you, for you have also been non-seekers and followers in many, many lifetimes. You have had black skin as well as the brown, white, red and yellow skin of the other root races, and you also have within your DNA all the distinct attributes, virtues and qualities of each of these races. In this lifetime, you chose to be born into a particular family or to live in a specific country for a very explicit reason.

At a universal level, after you had externalized into your individualized God-consciousness and had spent aeons of time in joyous cocreation, you and a harmonious group of Souls, which we will call “Soul family groups,” were called together in a great pyramid of Light in the higher realms. These Pyramids of Light would later be called WORLD SERVER PYRAMIDS, and they are scattered throughout the many sub-levels of the fifth dimension. You were told that there would come a time in the far distant future when a major phase of the Divine Plan would come to a culmination. Many specialized groups would be brought together who would have important roles to play in the “reunification process.” THAT TIME IS NOW!

Those of you we fondly call “Old Souls” are scattered throughout the world. True, there are greater numbers of these old Souls in some locations and cultures; however, this Vanguard group is scattered around the Earth from the most primitive rural areas to the most cosmopolitan and highly cultured cities. These brave Souls are not the people who run the government or make the headlines. They live on farms, for they love nature and the animals they care for. They have mundane jobs in every field of endeavor and quietly go about fulfilling their duties. They have positions of great responsibility and they serve their country and its people in a great variety of ways. They live in mansions and in hovels, and in every social level from the lowest to the highest. They are members of organized religious groups, and they worship in their own unique way. Many are attuned to the whisperings of their Higher Selves and have become masters of Self. Many others are well on their spiritual path, but unfortunately, there is a great multitude of these Star Seed Wayshowers who are still unconscious of their Divine nature and the promise they made so long ago.

Those of you who are in this group have encoded within your DNA the major virtues, abilities and qualities of the Atlantean race, that of leaders/pioneers/warriors. There is as a deep-seated desire to use your mental abilities along with the Divine Will and Power of our Father God in order to be major cocreators on the physical plane of reality. In addition, you are infused with the highest virtues, qualities and abilities of our Mother God, which were instilled in those Souls who came to Earth during the Golden Age of Lemuria, the gentle, nurturing, intuitive, inward focused qualities, and in addition, great artistic abilities and a desire for peace, tranquility and contemplation.

You have experienced a rich and wondrous spiritual heritage, and in the past you have been blessed to have so many magnificent Beings of Light in your midst, masters whose teachings have left you with wondrous guidelines for living a virtuous life. However, it is time to blend the past with the future, and humanity is experiencing a deep-seated need for guidance, inspiration and support from one another.

We are going to suggest a new way, and it is our greatest hope that some of you will take up the banner and be the future spiritual champions for the emerging new spirituality among Self-aware humankind. We ask you to begin to come together in order to study, support and inspire each other. We ask you to share your knowledge, your wisdom, your visions and your experiences with one another. We are aware of a great sense of loneliness amongst the peoples of the world–a sense of isolation. It is not enough to read the teachings we give you or those of the masters, or to visit a beautiful cathedral/temple and pay homage to God. It is a time of reunification, and you must begin to come together to share your love, wisdom and inspiration, a time to study together and to support one another. We are not asking you to build more great temples, for that is not where the gods of the future will dwell. You are the cocreators of the future–Divine Sparks of the Creator– who are being asked to take your rightful place in the grand march into the future.

Beloved ones, it is time to release all the guilt, shame and feelings of unworthiness that so many of you have carried as core issues from a very long time ago. You must heal the pain of the past so that you may assume your proper role in the wondrous plan for the future that is now unfolding so rapidly on planet Earth.

Through our messages, we have given you the tools, wisdom and insight to release all things in your life that do not serve your best interests and the greatest good. We implore you to take to heart what we have told you, over and over again, ‘You are worthy of all the love, beauty, joy, peace and abundance of this universe, for it is your DIVINE BIRTHRIGHT.’ You must learn to love and respect yourself, and you must have a deep sense of self-worth before you can truly love and respect others, and before others will return the love and respect you so richly deserve.

We ask you to review the qualities, virtues and attributes of your Divine Heritage that you are now displaying. Are you projecting too much of the masculine Atlantean energy, and focusing too much on acquiring and creating? Remember, we have told you that you are looking for a “state of Being” or a “quality of life.” You can acquire great wealth and manifest many wondrous things materially, but if your heart center is closed or you have ignored and not developed your Lemurian /Goddess virtues and qualities, you will feel incomplete and experience a great sense of dissatisfaction.

Come together in groups of two, three, ten, one-hundred or one-thousand, it makes no difference; however, if you join together for the benefit of all, we promise you, we will be there in full force to empower you, to assist you and to radiate the love of our Father/Mother God to you in the greatest measure you can contain.

Your major goal at this time is to return to the originally designed spectrum of Light and shadows, the vibrational patterns that make up your personal world in the third- / fourth-dimensional reality. In doing so, your pendulum of consciousness will not swing so radically from positive to negative frequencies, and your mental and emotional natures will become stabilized and centered once more. This is an important step in learning to live centered within your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind. As you elevate your vibrational patterns, the higher frequencies of Light will gradually dissolve the many membranes of Light that restrict your higher consciousness. Once this occurs, you are well on your way to living a conscious, Soul-inspired life of a Self-master.

It is a most wondrous time, beloveds. We have been with you from the time you first externalized into your individual consciousness within this universe. We will be with you as we go forward into the bright new future, as we join forces with the mighty Elohim, the great builders of form in preparation for the fulfillment of the glorious new Age to come.

We are here embracing and empowering you as you hold and anchor the new reality. You are pioneers as it were, moving across the landscape of vibrations and frequencies. You are beginning to own that you are truly transformers, bringers of light, energy alchemists.

As you personally as well as collectively stand strong in this knowing and in your service, holding the vision of a reality and a planet of conscious awake and aware humans, it is coming into form. More and more individuals are realizing that they personally make a difference, by the power of their focused intentions, by their dedicated actions which support all life. There have been waves and waves of energy vibrations bathing your planet. This energy, these vibrations and frequencies have been triggering the incredible shift in consciousness you are experiencing; you are witnessing the changes within yourself as well as the results within the collective.

This shift within and this offering of integration is happening between your highest galactic and celestial self and the physical form you dwell in at this time. There is a merger, there is a partnership, and there is an expansion. You are feeling this in the changes in your physical body as well as in your thoughts, dreams and meditations. You are being recalibrated so to speak. You are noticing more synchronicities occurring in your life. Reality is not as solid as it once seemed.

We are once again here to support you in this expansion and in your new partnership. New doors of awareness are opening for you. As you allow and acknowledge your celestial self merging with the physical self, you step into a position of compassionate power. You begin to understand that the physical body is a tool and an interface with this dense reality. This divine partnership between your galactic self and your physical self begins to reveal your true mission and purpose. We invite you to begin to listen and ask for this to be revealed.

It is especially important now for you to own and recognize one of the most powerful tools of transformation that is available. We have shared this powerful alchemical tool with you many times, each time planting the seeds for this to be fully integrated into your awareness.

We suggest you roll up your spiritual sleeves and begin the work and allow the task to be done. You will discover that it will be far easier than you could imagine. You as human are being called to release long held grief, sadness, judgments, regrets of decisions and any emotions that are dense, discordant or conflicted. It is important to allow and consciously engage in the release, healing, and transformation of dense low vibrating emotional energy that you have experienced in your physical body and life.

We continue to remind you that your heart’s electrical field is sixty time greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by your brain. The magnetic field radiating from the heart is thousands of times more expansive in strength than the energy frequencies generated by the physical brain. Your heart is a portal; your heart is a gateway that connects you to your galactic self, to one another, to the matrix of this planet, to all dimensions and the stars. It is the intelligence of your heart that offers personal and global healing.

It is within the sacred heart that the alchemical process of transformation takes place. This is where there is a merger of all that is. This is the chalice that holds truth and wisdom. As a galactic citizen, a celestial being it is important that you heal, transform and release the physical human grief, sadness and regret which you are carrying in your heart. First your physical life will reflect this healing; more important, however, is that the portal of your heart will be clear and receptive to the divine connection, your divine guidance and you will radiate coherent emotions into the weaving of this planet’s matrix.

This is work for all humans, for it is the heart that makes the connection with others and with the divine. If the heart of the physical human is energetically congested with old emotions of hurt or grief or distrust then the richer and fuller connection with divine is distorted. In some cases the heart is energetically closed to others therefore it is closed to the divine.
It is time that humanity heals the wounded heart.

We acknowledge that the feeling of emotions is wonderful, powerful, and the expansive means to connect with your true and noble self. You take for granted this sensation of feelings, of emotions. Some choose to hide their feelings or emotions from themselves as well as from others most of their life. Emotions play a very valuable and important role in the development of the human. Emotions are the language of this reality. It is emotions that motivate or halt any activity, emotions that warn of danger, and emotions that connect you to your beloved.

It is now common knowledge that your feelings and emotional vibrations move through your body and your mind, triggering chemical reactions, affecting the muscle tone, heart rate, blood pressure, as well as stirring up mental pictures, thoughts, beliefs and stored programs. Emotions are frequencies; they are vibrations which are translated and interpreted by your learned beliefs about what is happening in your reality. Many times it may feel as if you are at the mercy of your emotions, rather than understanding your power of invoking a higher vibration of emotions from within yourself. You allow the outside reality to impose and trigger emotions that do not support who you truly are.

When you first arrived in physical form, everything you were exposed to made its impression. Your parents and family added emotional vibrations; the interaction with society added their strokes and frequency. There are times when you react from these emotions that have been programmed into your system by others. Remember to stop for a moment and review your reaction to any event or experience, and refresh how you respond.

Realize that you are the generator of all emotions, that you control your reaction to anyone and any situation; begin to see the emotions that you allow to run you, the emotions that are not pleasant, and the emotions that do not support your well-being and expanded self expression. Shift those emotions as soon as possible. Generate from within a different emotion. Find an emotion that feels better; allow it to flood your experience.

With courage consciously begin to transform any emotion that is life diminishing. Focus your awareness in the chalice of the heart, the place of true transforming alchemy. Offer whatever emotion you are intending to heal, release and transmute to be held in the energy field of your sacred heart space. Breathe into this emotion, and allow a sound to express what you are feeling and allow the vibrations to shift from an incoherent frequency to a coherent smooth vibration that is life sustaining. We support and encourage you to energetically and emotionally clean out your heart space. Polish it, shine it up, air it out and begin to live there.

Each multidimensional starhuman touches the Divine Source in the intelligent, sacred heart space. This is your power source; even though it is a physical organ that supports your life, it is also an energetic portal for divine connection. You heart beat and rhythm are connected to the vibrations of the planet, influenced by the solar flares and other planetary offerings. It is your mission, your purpose to consciously use this power source to radiate love and appreciation to all, every moment, every day. This is truly the highest service work that can be done.

It is the intelligence of the heart that will guide and uplift you in all your actions. Practice asking your heart before you ask your mind. Practice bridging and connecting the heart’s intelligence with the brain’s intelligence. Practice calling your divine self to meet you in your heart space. Envision this upon awakening and throughout your day. Practice bringing up new emotions of joy, playfulness, and lightheartedness.

Practice finding those emotions of gratitude and appreciation. Practice acceptance and compassion for your neighbors, the stranger on the street, the homeless dirty individual you encounter, expand it to include all humanity in all its diverse and unique manifestations.

There are studies being done and they now have scientific proof that the vibrations and frequencies of collective emotions can be sensed and measured. When tremendous fear or grief is offered by humanity it shows up on the sensors that have been placed around the planet. This emotional wave of fear or grief truly affects the matrix. It is so important for you to realize and own that when you practice heart consciousness it affects your health, your family, friends, surroundings and the global matrix.

Step into a place of power within yourself in which you are the one who chooses the emotional flavor of the experience rather than an automatic emotional response. Play with this….make sure you do a mental and emotional check with yourself…ask yourself what am I feeling right now. If your feelings are low dense vibrations of worry, concern, judgment shift them immediately, replace them with an emotion that feels better.

We invite you to begin to own this power and to practice a daily exercise; we echo this wisdom of the ancients. Make sure that you are anchored into your physical body and anchored to the electromagnetic field of this planet and connected to your celestial divine source. Once you have done that, it is quite simple: place your awareness in your heart and touch your physical body in the area of your heart, which will allow your focus of attention to be there. Now just relax, take several deep breaths and then begin to find a feeling nature of gratitude and appreciation. Hold that feeling of gratitude and appreciation for several minutes; in your imagination see this vibration radiating out from your heart and encircling the planet. You will begin to notice a shift in your own physical well-being and you will be contributing to the uplifting of the energy field of humanity.

We offer another simple tool to shift your busy mind that engages in worry. You can recite these simple words given to humanity from another beloved teacher. Practice radiating unconditional love, joy, gratitude and appreciation from the heart not from the mind.Allow yourself to journey and focus within your sacred heart space; dwell there. Dear Ones,

Much was channeled about the after effects of 11/11/11. Yes,the energies shifted and those of you, who grabbed the transition energies,changed. But you are still you.

Think how you felt before personal computers were introducedin the 1980′s; and how each upgrade changed your interactions with others.

You are now more likely to access information via theinternet than visiting libraries. You also probably send fewer letters. Minorchanges in your mind, but major in terms of how your society sharesinformation.

The same is true now for the earth and you personally. Thenew earth and ascension are merely terms to help you understand the magnitudeof the shift you are undergoing. Neither term is correct in a physical sense.

You continue with your life. Granted, the veils ofuncertainly about other dimensions in the Universes are lifting. But that doesnot mean you will turn blue, become a glowing ball of light or any vision thatindicates you will be other than who you are.

Your role is to combine your physical and spiritual beings.That is not possible if you become a light body before your “death” in thislifetime or if the earth divides into the new earth and old earth.

Your emotions are shifting, as are your physical needs. Butthat does not mean you will become something or someone else. As you add moreslivers to your being – pieces of yourself that were not part of your formerlives on earth because attention to detail was not required – you will merelybe more present on earth allowing you to sense and see more.

You cannot change from a human to a cow or a ball of lightin this lifetime for your role is to anchor the earth.

How does this information relate to discussions of a newearth or ascension? Your world is the new earth and becoming more so everyday.But that new earth is more about your perceptions, than the “terrible” parts ofearth will be somewhere else. Or that millions will ascend to somewhere in thesky.

How can you be a wayshower on earth for those who have notyet awakened, if you are floating in another environment?

The earth is shifting – as you are. But the two are shiftingas one entity, and not splitting off so that those now not on the same “wavelength” are forced to suffer the pain of earth. For leaving those who are notof like mind behind, is much like the image of hell created by your religiousgroups. Or that certain groups of humans and other entities are not eligiblefor this transition – again, much like your religious beliefs that there isonly one true religion.

This transition is about inclusion not exclusion. Everyoneon earth at this time is able to move into this New Age.

Some will opt not to take part. That is fine. You will justhave less interest in interacting with them as they moan and groan about howterrible their life is. The separation will be of emotional and philosophicaldifference, not a physical divide.

Inclusion not exclusion will bring peace and love to yourworld. Let us define that thought a bit. Include those in your life who feelcomfortable. Review the thoughts of those who do not. If you see some merit intheir thoughts – adopt those thoughts. If not, merely interact with others.

Even thought appears simple, the reality during thistransition period is more difficult. There are those you find so irritating youcannot listen to their thoughts. Which is little different from you wonderingwhy they do not grasp the philosophies that are so right for you.

There will be some who offer no insight for you – as hasalways been the case. That is not wrong, merely following your interests. Forexample, some of you love camping and others dislike doing so. That does notmake the campers bad and the non-campers good – merely different. And if youare a non-camper, it is highly unlikely that you will interact a great dealwith avid campers.

Let us be more philosophical. If you are a liberalsurrounded by conservatives, does that make you good or different? Would it notbe somewhat interesting to learn why someone is such an avid camper orconservative? Ignore the media hype – what makes that person interested in thatarena? Can you learn anything? Do you respect that person for their thoughts?Or are their interests so different you find them boring?

That is the key. Not that someone is good nor bad, but dotheir interests bore you? Which is no different from knowing if chemistry orsocial services is of interest you. And so it is for the new earth.

Divisions of people on the new earth is not about those whobelieve in love and joy and those who do not – everyone on earth is programmedto move to love and joy. Some just opt not to do so at this time. Such does notmake them terrible – just on a different learning track.

Those of you who opt to move into the joy and love of thenew earth/New Age will access more and different information than is true forthose who do not. Which is no different from those who refuse to use a computerand those who find great joy in doing so.

That is the new earth. Moving in the direction that defineslove and joy for you. Opening yourself to new ideas; selecting those that giveyou joy and ignoring those that do not.

That philosophical division is becoming easier for those ofyou who have elected to be part of the New Age. For indeed, that is thedirection in which your world and Universes are moving. You are of the forwardtrend group. Which is no different from noting that horses were an extremelyimportant part of your society only 150 years ago.

Those of you waiting for the bells and whistles to proclaimthe New Age has arrived and you are part of it, merely need to track how yourlove is evolving. Even though your physical being cannot shift overnight, it isshifting – and at times, such as 11/11/11, shifting exponentially. Your innerphysical being is changing – more DNA strands are awakening, more slivers ofyour totality are being added and your structure is becoming more crystalline.

But you are still you and will be until you exit the earthin this lifetime. You merely are adding more exploration and comprehensiontools – similar to what happened once you discovered the joys of the internet.The internet was your test run for your new beings. Even though you do not wishto explore every item on the internet, you will find that new people andactivities interest you.

You are a new you – and becoming more unique everyday. Butthat does not mean you will float into space. You will merely find new joys –just as was true when you left home. Did the computer age change you? Yes andno. So it will be for you now.

You will be more flexible, joyful and loving – as you movemore deeply into the New Age. And by doing so, you will become a role model,trail blazer and wayshower for others who wish to enjoy their life on earth inthis lifetime. So be it. Amen.

My feelings light up my life

How I find my way is determined by them

They illumine my path and show me who I am

When I was young, I felt so many things

Then came the day when I could not stand the pain

My world was chaos then, filled with sorrow and grief

So I closed up to protect that fragile Self within

Years would go by before I could open again

I was forced to by circumstances beyond my control

Life dealt me blows which I later recognized as my own

To awaken me to that sorrow deep within my Soul

I worked hard to find my way back to the Light

To that place within where I could feel once again

There my Heart shone forth with a brave face

Now I see how I closed that tender-hearted Self

How I froze in the face of my destiny

Troubles swirled around as a constant source of grief

And I fell to sleep out of fear

I am awakening now to the deep void within

This moment in your journey towards that extraordinary moment that will be with you sooner than you can imagine, that wondrous alignment of that December 2012
solstice, this event that is occurring this week, this combination of powerful triggers, if you will, is an extremely important moment. Those of you who listened to the
message from Pythagoras in regard to 11:11:11 on the recent BBS radio show http://www.the2012countdown.com/BBSRadio_show_recordings.html will have heard
him speak of how this moment carries a great deal of power. It is like the accelerator being pushed to the floor to bring forth all that has been essentially prepared over
the last couple of years.

You have received many messages about the power of the various alignments and events that have been put in place over the last couple of years, and yet you did
not see all of the results from those events come forth in your experience. There were several reasons for this, one of which was those powerful ones who were
endeavouring to prevent all of this from unfolding. And what this event represents is the fuel, you might say, for the rocket that was set up, indeed the many rockets
that were set up over that period of time, and this fuel will be fuel that no being of any type will be able to interfere with.

And so all of the things that have been spoken about; the coming forth of the rejuvenation of the physical body, the acceleration in Earth changes, the final breaking
down of the financial systems which have managed to teeter forward over the last couple of years, and indeed you might say the awakening of humanity in general to
what is about to unfold; all of this will receive that rocket fuel that I spoke of. For those of you who track the sunspots, you will be aware of a very powerful
arrangement which is at this time just moving into its alignment to direct its energies towards planet Earth, what you know of as Sunspot 1339
http://www.spaceweather.com/ , and you will see that within a day or two that will be in alignment with your planet.

And yes, it is very likely that there will be some solar flares triggered by that sunspot structure, a massive sunspot structure, however even without this there are
powerful, powerful energies being sent forth from that sunspot to your planet. These energies are a large part of the energies being used, being sent to provide this
rocket fuel that I speak of.

Part of the action of this rocket fuel is to sweep away the last bastions of that resistance that has kept the status quo in place. You might say the unfolding of events
that are due to join you at the end of 2012 are written in the stars. They cannot be resisted and they will not be resisted. There are many, many cycles that are
connected in with that moment; many cycles, some of which others have spoken of in the past, and I do not wish to dwell upon this other than to mention that the
power that is, you might say, packaged up in this moment simply cannot and will not be resisted; and so the preparation needs to be undertaken.

Yes, this window is short, and it might seem to you that this window is too short for what needs to be achieved, and I assure you that all of the preparation that needs
to be undertaken, will be undertaken between now and that December 2012 solstice. There are many forces, many resources lined up to see this come forth very
quickly, much of which simply you cannot see or witness, but I assure you the pieces are in place to have this unfold.

And so I wanted to come forth and give you this message because, in a sense it is my responsibility to see all of this unfold. As the one who has primary responsibility
for this solar system and hence your planet and this sun and the other planets in the solar system, it is ultimately my responsibility to ensure that these key plans are
unfolded as they have been intended, and so it is my responsibility to see these energies come to your planet and trigger these changes as they have been long
promised.

So this time will be a time of great power. Many people on many levels have some awareness of this 11:11:11 date. There have been a number of these powerful
dates as we have moved forward. In a sense they began in earnest with 8:8:8, that moment when the Olympic Games in China began and they have moved forward
in the intervening years with 9:9:9 and 10:10:10; and all of these have been powerful dates, powerful events. But let me assure you that power that they have
carried, if you accumulated all of it together, it would be a very, very small part of what is coming forth with this date.

So make no mistake about what is being triggered here. You might consider this to be the clear and unmistakable moment when the unfolding of all that has been
planned, all of the preparation that is necessary, that needs to be undertaken before that December 2012 solstice. Many of you will feel these energies very powerfully
indeed, and so I encourage you to go within, to meditate and to breathe these energies through your body and to seek to release them into the planet because most
of you that will experience these energies powerfully have a role in assisting the grounding of these powerful energies. You agreed this before you ever came, and so I
encourage you to do this work as you feel drawn to do, to ground these energies into the planet and hence into the consciousness of all that are present upon this
planet, and this will assist in the locking in of these energies, the completing of the process that is being triggered by these energies.

So this is my message to you, my friends. This is the moment when the action truly begins.

We are here dear ones, to again welcome you to a new day of change and transformation. Things on your beloved planet are heating up with regard to the old energy being transformed into new and better ways of serving the people, by the people and for the people. This concept has been lost to many and is now returning as your growing light illumines its journey back into the human consciousness.

You have played the game long enough, it is time now to remember. The journey of awakening while within the dark was a fine game–although often very traumatic and painful, but through its harsh lessons of separation you have journeyed to remembrance and to the recognition of what and who you are. The game was not meant to last forever. It is time now to let all that is old and finished release.

Many of you are experiencing pain and frustration within your physical and emotional bodies. This is a part of the process; the clearing of all that is of a lower resonance, for you cannot take it with you into the new and higher energies. Comfort your bodies as you may, but do not be overly concerned for it is a part of the journey dear ones, to let go, release, and finally clear all that is finished and of the old. Traumatic events of many lifetimes stay locked within cellular memory. Perhaps that pain in your leg has to do with a cellular memory from the 1500′s when you were run over by a cart. You see, the cells remember; you bring into each lifetime the state of consciousness attained from previous lifetimes. Send the cells of your physical body light and tell them that they will never need to experience the events of the past again, for it is finished.

Clearings will frequently access the weakest point within the physical body to release energy, as it is a conduit so to speak, and you may wonder why there is this ongoing pain in a leg or a hand etc. etc. You say; ”Nothing that I do seems to ease it”. Well dear ones your body is simply using this area for its release point for whatever you are clearing. If you do not wish this, simply state that you choose to release in a different, more gentle and easy way. You are the “boss” of you. Over lifetimes in separation energy, humans have come to believe that they are powerless; realize now that you are God beings having a human experience and through that awareness take back your power.

Your words and thoughts are very powerful and have become even more powerful as your resonance has evolved. Be careful what you wish for, say, or think, for as light beings you are creators. Not understanding this, you wonder why certain events manifest into your lives. Begin to think and live in truth at all times. When you do, karma is no longer valid. At this point you begin to meet your lessons with truth instead of karma. Do not judge by appearances, but simply understand that appearances are the manifestation of the human belief system. You will always see pairs of opposites in the third dimension, for it is an energy of duality and separation. As you grow more into a consciousness of One, the outer will reflect this and manifestations will be of a higher level.

There are more earth clearings to come. Be not afraid, for this is a part of Gaia’s cleansing in her journey to ascension. Gaia is aware of the pain some of these events cause but is unable to do her own ascension without some changes and clearings. Be not afraid dear ones for all that experience these things were aware of it before incarnation and gave permission. Often these events are massive clearings of personal or group karma which is then forever finished.

Those of the “occupy” movements are expressing the energy of the new consciousness. Not all understand that this is what it is, but they are experiencing and expressing the need for a return of their power, of mankind’s inherent right as spiritual beings to experience abundance and peace. This is a sign that the earth is being permeated with the higher frequencies of light. All are experiencing this, and moving to take back their power in ways they understand according to their attained state of consciousness. You have seen much change in the Middle East, and you will see much more. This is to be a powerful year of change for many.

There are events coming which we cannot share with you at this time, but we say stay centered in truth at all times. Do not go into fear for you are being guided and watched over lovingly by millions of light beings as well as your brothers and sisters from evolved planets of light. Be not afraid when you see us make an appearance. Do not go into fear when the falsehoods given to you as truth by those in power began to tumble down for there is much to be revealed about your past as well as your present. Those who have taken by force your rights will have much to answer for and their games cannot continue in the new light.

Trust your intuition always, and because you are aware of what is happening, you can be of great help to those who as of yet do not understand. You will become the teachers when the revelations come to be. That is why at this time you must work on your own journey, strengthening your inner awareness and growth through meditation and practice. You will then have a full tool box with which you can help those who come behind, ready for the shifting energies, but having no idea of what is taking place. Those who have given their power to the government, churches, and others, will find themselves floundering in confusion and that is when you will step in and say; “Be not afraid…”
Do not try to give your pearls to those who do not want them. This is very important, for all have free will choice as to when and how they wish to evolve.

There are many who still require third dimensional experiences before they are ready to move higher. All have choice and all are being guided. It is the human ego that tries to “save” everyone, believing that there is only one way and it is their way. Do not fall into this trap as many already have. That freedom you wish for yourself, must be extended to all others, regardless of how plainly you can see where they stumble. Your job is simply to “be there” when and if they indicate a desire for more. You can offer suggestions, but do not get into their energy and let it go if they choose to stay where they are. This is the practice of compassion versus sympathy. Give the best you have, which may simply be recognizing their light and saying nothing. You will be busy.

We finish with telling you that you are doing a fine job of it. Do not think you have to perform this or that, recite this mantra or that, stand this way, chant this chant, or do anything. Stand in the light of truth, and rest in the realization that you are now, always have been, and always will be One with the Divine, and any teaching contrary to this is simply false. This is Divine Law.

We’ve now passed through the first of three important 2011 dates: Oct. 28, 2011. Our attention now goes to the second: Nov. 11, 2011, which Archangel Michael calls the second triple stargate and SaLuSa calls the “love wave.” (1) What do our sources say about the nature, impact, and opportunity of this important event?

What is the 11-11-11 Stargate?

Archangel Michael explains what we can expect on 11-11-11.

“Beloved family of Light, this is a great moment in the Transformation of Planet Earth and the establishment of the New Earth and the Golden Age of Peace and Love. You have reached the Time Portal, or Stargate, that is called 11/11/11, on the 11th of November 2011. It represents a ‘Cosmic Moment’ of Global Awakening and Unity, and the Moment when the ‘Light Codes’ or ‘Cosmic Codes’ of Renewal are received into the Crystalline grids of the Earth. The Reception of the Codes of Renewal will again accelerate the frequencies of the Earth Hologram, allowing for Reconnection with the Seventh Dimension of Consciousness, as the Planet continues on her Journey into the Divine Heart of Multi-Dimensional Consciousness.

“It is indeed a Moment of Joy and Celebration.”

Patricia Diane Cota-Robles discusses some of the changes happening on that day to the Earth.
“The events of 11-11-11 will be multifaceted and multidimensional, but one of the most significant events involves a quantum shift in Earth’s Crystal Grid System. This is the system that functions within the body of Mother Earth in the same way Humanity’s Chakras, acupuncture meridians, and acupuncture points function in our bodies. The Crystal Grid System is the vehicle through which the Light of God is flowing to increase the energy, vibration, and consciousness of every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of precious Life energy existing on Earth. This is the system through which Earth’s Ascension into the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Infinite Light is being victoriously accomplished.”

The Pleiaidian High Council suggest that this stargate will bring important advancements to wayshowers or lightworkers as well. The PHC refer to this event as an “inception.”
“We, like you, can feel the pulsing energies of convergence building around your sphere and we are just so delighted at what each of you, the new earth guardians, are about to experience in yourselves, and witness in each other. …

“The moment that each of you have been waiting for, the moment that we have termed ‘inception’ is approaching. This is heralded by the massive energies precipitated by the opening of the 11:11 stargate portal on 11/11/11. What this means for the way-showers is monumental, for it is this group who will be physically laying the template on earth for all other inhabitants to follow.”

Lauren Gorgo gives added detail on the expected changes to our templates and bio-circuitry:
“Our bio-circuitry is adjusting to incorporate and adapt to the new codes we are already receiving from the upcoming 11:11 stargate portal. The emanations sent forth by the great central sun are encoding our biology with new mandates, new directives.”

The Great Love Wave

SaLuSa calls this massive energy influx “the Love Wave” and says of it:
“There is no doubt that not only time is continuing to speed up, but events important to the necessary changes are also reaching a climax. It bodes well for the immediate period which is highlighted by the Love Wave of 11.11.11. …

“There is a beautiful Light spreading across the Earth that is linking many groups, that are in turn attracting more people. Where some have been unaware of the confrontation between the dark and the Light, there is a stirring within and many are now awakening. That will be helped forward by the powerful surge of energy that 11.11.11 will bring to you all, including Mother Earth.”

On another occasion, he told us that “the Light energies … are ever increasing and bringing calmness to you. They will be growing more powerful by the day, and 11.11.11 will bring about a great leap forward that many will actually experience.”

Through Celia, Archangel Michael said that, as we headed towards 11-11-11, we were “preparing to enter into the first full cycle of Fifth-Dimensional Reality.” He saw these as grand occasions and told us: “Beloved Ones, you are all invited to be present at the Grand Ceremonies of Inauguration of the New Earth Reality on the 11/11/11, the 12/12/12 and the 21/12/12.”

The Impact of the Great Love Wave

SaLuSa told us in late October that, as a result of “the expected energy surge with the coming of 11.11.11 there will definitely be an upliftment, and it remains to be seen how far it goes.” On other occasions, he predicted a “big increase in levels of consciousness” and “a sudden upliftment.” He said that this was important “for the outworking of the final needs to achieve success. It can no longer be delayed and you shall be aware of its commencement.”

The Galactic Federation through Blossom Goodchild also give us a little background on the energetic impact of the energies of 11-11-11. They remind us that these energies are part of periodic packages that are arriving over time for us to assimilate.

“What is to come about in the coming days is a transference of energy that will have you ‘boggled’. You cannot NOT be affected by these ‘waves’ … for they ride on a strength that you will certainly consider to be ‘fruitful’. It shall seem to the physical self of great surges of energy filling the body. It will heighten the senses and can be applied to engage in a deeper form of meditation should the recipient so choose. …

“The energies that are … flowing in shall reside and fluctuate in and around your planet for an exact period of time . The energy is participating in its glory as it assists mankind to rise. When this particular ‘batch’ has infiltrated … then things shall quieten again for a time until it is deemed necessary for the next arrival.”

Lauren Gorgo also reviewed the impact the 11-11-11 energies will have on us.

“Overall, I am hearing that the 11:11 will bring in some robust energies that, depending on where we are on our journey, will either catapult us to freedom or bring us to a new dimension of awareness. In all cases it will be the next level of our personal evolutionary development and this means the biological aspects will need to be addressed…whether we are ascending into an angelic-human or not. Experience has taught us that any energy blast or major portal opening will mean more rest, relaxation and downtime is required. No one looks forward to that but at least we are so beat up by now that its nearly impossible to resist any more. I guess we have that going for us…which is nice.”

SaLuSa predicted that 11-11-11 “might well be the first time that many of you will actually experience a lifting up.”

“It is another reason that your destiny is assured, and illustrates just how much help you are being given. It could be looked upon as the real commencement of Ascension, and as the trigger for many more events planned to carry you forward.”

“It will be the commencement of a new period that will bring more changes in your levels of consciousness. It will continue and put you well on the path to Galactic Consciousness. After all, you are great Beings of Light that are re-claiming your rightful place in the Cosmos. Our task is to see that you do so, and we are about to open up the final pathway to Ascension and beyond.”
Many of us will see our psychic abilities begin to unfold after 11-11-11, SaLuSa says:

“The next key time will be 11.11.11 that can be looked upon as a high point, when some of you will become more psychic and sensitive to the energies around you. For some of you your telepathic abilities will become active, and you will find that you can communicate with both humans and animals.”

In the face of this “great wave of love and joy [that will] sweep over the world,” SaLuSa says, “ barriers between people will quickly come down.” (18) The effect of it on us should help the cause of world peace, he says.

“That elusive world peace should be a lot nearer, and even now few have an appetite to continue the wars that rage at present. Behind that of course is the rising consciousness levels of the people who have stated loud and clear, that enough is enough.”

He tells us that 11-11-11 will prepare us for events that will come fast and thick after this year’s end: “You will start 2012 with an uplifted vibration resulting from 11.11.11, and the changes will come thick and fast thereafter.” (20) From 11-11-11 onward, SaLuSa tells us, “the path should get decidedly easier.”

Help Available
Lauren tells us that these energies may prove a bit challenging to some.

“The Pleiadian High Council would like for us to know that the new human apparatus is well-equipped to handle these changes. However, it may be of benefit for those of who are experiencing great difficulty to embrace the many modalities available to us to assist in easing the transition on our bods, as well as to give a much-needed boost to our emotional and mental well-being.”

She reminds us that help is available to us as we struggle through these changes.

“I am hearing some folks are having trouble assimilating to these new frequencies and for those heavily in the embodiment process, this is just a reminder that we don’t have to suffer thru these changes alone…that help is available should you need it. The PHC say that there are many people here specifically to support us thru these changing times, and that if we don’t utilize these gifts and offerings that we may be robbing ourselves of a great opportunity to not only survive these changes, but to thrive in them. The physical body needs care and nurturing as it is being resurrected into a body of light, but the incoming frequencies do not need to bombard our system in the ways we are accustomed to experiencing them if we open up to the opportunity to be supported.”

As always, lightworkers have a special role to play in events around 11-11-11, as SaLuSa reminds us.

“Events are near to occurring that will immediately attract people’s attention away from the present conditions. They will inject great hope and anticipation of the better times that are soon to be brought about. Lightworkers are very important in this respect as they can help others to understand the goal that lies ahead, bringing answers to the problems that have overwhelmed them. It is therefore important that you spread your knowledge far and wide, as it will uplift those who hitherto had little or no knowledge about it. The feelings of hopelessness need to be replaced by those of hope and certainty in the future.”

To summarize, then, on 11-11-11 we pass through a triple stargate and a great love wave that will be a cosmic moment of global awakening, upliftment, and unity. At that time, the ‘light codes’ or ‘cosmic codes’ of renewal are received into the crystalline grids of the Earth. We can expect to experience massive energies and important changes to our bodies, moods and capacities.

This robust new wave will awaken people, bring new directives to us, and draw us together in our efforts to push back the cabal, free the world, and restore peace. These influxes of energy are designed to arrive in packages, allowing enough time for us to assimilate them. They may challenge some but help is available. Lightworkers will be expected to spread their knowledge far and wide among the ones in this massive influx of energy.

After 16.4 billion years, we are literally days away from completing the nine levels of consciousness of the Mayan calendar. And what a journey it has been for our beloved planet Earth and the human race.

On October 28, 2011, the ninth and final level of consciousness will have been fulfilled, and the Earth will end its third-dimensional evolutionary progression to begin transforming herself into a fifth-dimensional existence where an entire “new Earth” will be born into being.

This will mark the beginning of the long prophesied Golden Age for the human race where life will become the most magical magnificent and beautiful it has ever, ever been. For some of us, it is about time!
This entire process has been orchestrated under a master grand plan by the Divine, or the higher realms of light, to save the Earth and its people from destroying their home planet and themselves.

The new Earth scenario became the only plausible solution to rescue humanity from eons of war, violence, strife, conflict, fear and most particularly, karma, without directly interfering with its free will nature. This whole transformation has been made possible through a coordinated plan of raising the frequencies of the present Earth by implanting volunteer souls from across the universe within the fabric of humanity.

It became necessary to place these volunteer souls to perform their work from the inside so as not to violate the Earth’s condition of non-interference, a dictate that has not always been honored by outside forces.

Thankfully, this plan has proven to be highly successful and now it has been confirmed that the outlook for humanity and the Earth is extremely bright!

THE SIGNS ARE EVERYWHERE

It is clearly evident now, that our world has begun the transformation from darkness and secrecy to one of light and openness. Bit by bit, piece by piece, the real truth of the human race is being revealed to us each and every day.

Soon this trickle of truth will open into a flood and overcome everything it is path. There will be no stone left unturned when it comes to revealing the truth. Whether it is dealing with government, banking, economics, religion, military, health care, education, technology, extra-terrestrials and the very essence of life itself.

In turn, everything in your life will also be transformed for the better.

Why now? Because, quite frankly, we can handle the truth. As little as ten years ago, many people around the world wouldn’t have been able to comprehend the magnitude of this situation without a whole lot of shock and disbelief. But now, with so much blatant corruption by governments, politicians, religious leaders, bankers and media outlets, many people are finally ready for a higher way of living. And we can thank expanding consciousness for that!

More and more evidence is coming to light that the current so-called economic crisis afflicting our country, and the entire world, appears to be nothing more than a carefully conceived ponzi scheme to divert trillions upon trillions of dollars to international bankers. It was instituted with the ultimate goal of destroying the middle class in order to create a small, wealthy elite ruling class supported by an enslaved, majority working class.

All of these evil plans were part of the so-called New World Order agenda, which was meant to lock down the Earth under a state of total, brutal enslavement.

However, those plans have been foiled. And they have been foiled in the most magnificent way possible!

Instead, America is about to experience a series of deja vu episodes as we will revisit the period of the 1960′s when weekly protests, sit-ins, student demonstrations and other forms of revolt were the norm.

Get ready –– because the revolution is coming to a town or city near you! The sleeping giant has finally awoken.

The good news is that people across the United States and the world are finally waking up to the realization that there has been a vast network of control based upon secrecy around money (international banking) and power (secret societies). Hence, we are seeing protests such as the Occupy Wall Street movement centered in New York City, which has spread to numerous other national and international locations.

However, it is important to realize ultimately this will not be a violent revolution, but one that will unify the world as one under the common ideal of –– love.

In the meantime behind the scenes, nations are uniting against this New World Order agenda in unprecedented numbers. A war of unparalleled significance is waging nearly out of public view and with little media coverage.
Yet, we have been able to see some visible signs of this war literally bubbling up to the surface with what appeared to be a series of unusual earthquakes near Washington, DC and southern Colorado on the fateful day of August 23, 2011. Insiders such as Benjamin Fulford, David Wilcock and others are reporting that these were not natural earthquakes but rather the aftershocks from the destruction of deep underground military bases (DUMB’s) that were situated under our nation’s capital and in the mountains of Colorado.

The bases were destroyed by a collection of white hat/good guys from the military/Pentagon, CIA and other intelligence operatives, along with perhaps assistance from benevolent ET’s. The quake was felt as far north as Toronto, Canada and as far south as the state of South Carolina, yet no significant damage or loss of life was reported.

In an amazing twist of irony, cracks appeared at the top of the Washington Monument, which harkened back to an episode of last season’s NBC show, “The Event” where hostile ET’s blew up the monument as a way to threaten the US government.
“The Event” foreshadowing?

As in any war, its conclusion is still an unknown. We can be absolutely certain, however, that the evil cabal agenda is doomed to lose and victory for the people of Earth is at hand. It is only a matter of time now.

At the very core of this war is the battle for control of the world’s economic system, in particular the Federal Reserve and US dollar, which have been the primary tools of our modern day virtual prison. Once this battle has been won, which could come at any time now, humanity will finally be truly free.

What needs to happen next is for the protesters to turn their attention to the City of London and Vatican City, where the head of the snake can be found. The City of London, (a separate country within London proper and England) is the head of the financial control of the world, while Vatican City is the head of the spiritual control.
Washington DC, on the other hand is the head of the military control and together these three countries within countries, (or city states) are known as the Empire of the City. This network is the method by which humanity has been ruled over for the last 200 years or more. (For more details, read our review of the film “Ring of Power”.)
Three Cities Rule The World
Want more evidence? In the last three years alone, UFO sightings are up 67% which clearly indicates there are a tremendous amount of extra-terrestrials poised to assist us, if they are not already. Couple that fact with yet another breathtaking wave of crop circles found in southern England during the season of 2011, signalling a new Earth is about to be born.

Yes, the signs are everywhere and you barely need to look for them anymore!

THE COLLAPSE OF A FALSE PARADIGM

In many ways, it appears as if the world we have grown accustomed to is falling apart before our very eyes. Each and every day, some new scandal or revelations appear daily in our newspapers, television screens and internet news sites.

Whether it be some politician, government official, banker, religious leader, athlete, Hollywood actor or any other well know public figure, there is a never ending litany of exposure.
All of these scandals are causing many to become despondent and depressed about our world while others react with fear and paranoia. Still more are angered and motivated to get up off their couch and begin to change the status quo.

It is vitally important, however, that we keep a healthy perspective on this entire process.
Essentially, what we are witnessing is the total collapse of a false paradigm. This is a paradigm that was based upon fraud, deceit, lies and obfuscation from its very inception. This false paradigm was meant to benefit a few controllers at the expense of the many.

It was designed to enslave the overwhelming majority of humanity in a totally artificial and corrupt reality. For hundreds of thousands, if not millions of years, this false paradigm has served those in control quite handsomely. As well as, those who dominate over us who are not necessarily all terrestrial humans, but other unseen entities from the fourth dimensional plane.

Therefore, it was absolutely inevitable this false paradigm would eventually collapse. It simply had no sustainability. It had no solid foundation. It was doomed for failure.

What has caused this collapse is expanding consciousness which in turn has propelled many individuals to begin to truly question the proclamations from the powers that be and then ask themselves – is there something better?

As this false paradigm continues to rapidly self-destruct, it will eventually become nothing more than a heap of smoldering ruins. In fact, it is highly likely that our 3-D world may look rather ugly as the false paradigm comes crashing down around us.

However, what will emerge from the rubble will be the most glorious, most amazing and most brilliant world one could possibly envision. In fact, even more glorious than we can even imagine at this point in time.

The very reason this false paradigm has been sustainable for such an interminably long period of time is that it relied on no one figuring out what was really going on. Due to our low level of consciousness, all the dirty little secrets were easily hidden in the haze and fog of darkness.
Everything from the understandings of our true spiritual nature, extra-terrestrial life, the history of the human race, the multi-dimensional aspects of life to more modern false flag operations like 9/11, the Kennedy assassination, the Federal Reserve, Wall Street, Hurricane Katrina, etc. are all of highly suspect origin and intentions.

Basically, this false paradigm had been built upon one very basic negative, human emotion –– fear. Fear has kept us anesthetized and paralyzed us from moving forward in our evolution. Fear has even robbed us our connection to our Divine creator. And we only have ourselves to blame.

Yet another manufactured aspect of this false paradigm is the idea of scarcity. The notion that we don’t have enough, that there is not enough to go around. Resources such as food, energy, oil, money, land and even spiritual sustenance have been tightly controlled to make us believe there is limited amount. When, in point of fact, God’s universe is infinitely abundant and always has been!
In the coming months and weeks, expect to see a lot of weird and bizarre developments to unfold as this false paradigm begins its accelerated breakdown. Many services, institutions and government agencies we have come to rely upon, may simply no longer be there or will be found to be inoperable.

Many large corporations that controlled certain industries such as media, energy, food, medicine, law enforcement and others may go completely bankrupt. Other companies may be completely taken over and drastic reform measures will be instituted to make them more favorable for humanity. Still others may dismantled altogether, never to be seen on planet Earth again!
Expect to see an outpouring of films, documentaries, ancient secrets, sacred knowledge, government insiders and whistle-blowers to emerge from nowhere that will prepare humanity for the long suppressed truth of our world. In fact, it has already begun and will intensify in the coming months.
Our society will be given, or come to realize on its own, that the solutions to many problems are readily at hand and will be initiated at a very rapid rate. The amount of change we will see in the next five years will be unparalleled as we move into ever higher states of consciousness.

Our common manifesto will become, “all for one and one for all” like never before.

The Day After

After October 28, 2011, we will enter the period the Mayans called, “the time of no time.” In other words, we will begin to leave this third-dimensional plane where time is measured and followed to enter into a fifth-dimensional plane where time simply does not even exist. This is the world where we will learn to become timeless!
How exciting is that?

Soon we will begin to see wave after wave after wave of people achieving the state of enlightenment. This process will have a snowball effect on others who will in turn obtain enlightenment, as well.
Eventually, the entire human race will reach the state of enlightenment where we will all live in a perpetual world of magic and miracles.

In tandem, humanity will finally come to the realization that we are all one and that we always have been and always will be one. The separation that we have felt from one another and from God, or the Divine, has been nothing more than another false paradigm meant to divide and conquer us.

As we leave the month of October, humanity will undergo the most rapid evolution/revolution ever, in order to prepare us for the long awaited Golden Age set to kick into high gear during the magical year of 2012.
It is important to recognize that 2012 is only the start of this process and it will not be an instantaneous transformation. Your life my look relatively the same depending on how much you are able to embrace the very idea of this transformation. The more you personally believe in a higher existence for yourself, the more you will experience it.

Now that human consciousness is about to reach a pinnacle point in its collective evolution, we are poised for all the great secrets of life to come pouring forth like rays from the Sun. It is about to get tremendously exciting to live upon planet Earth, without a doubt!

As the light pours forth from this planet, it is illuminating every dark corner of the globe, insuring that no dark secrets will ever be able to exist upon the Earth ever again. That act alone will free humanity forever!

Rest assured, an enormous effort has gone into saving us from ourselves. Our world simply had to change or face utter extinction. And this simply could not be allowed to happen.

Now, instead of a world of chaos, despair and apocalypse, we have the choice of a brand new, higher consciousness world where humanity will live in 1,000 years of peace. Never in the history of the universe has an entire planet been given this kind of an opportunity. We are so blessed.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have arrived at that final hour.

Our prayers have been answered. Our time has come. Our Heaven on Earth has been found.

My purpose of coming forward to you today was to remind you of the previous energy waves which have been anchored, at this time there is a need for you to realign with these energies in a process of completing the lessons and teachings that they have shared so that you may then move forward with ease. It will assist in creating a more complete embodiment in preparation for the 11-11-11 activation.

This activation will be the most powerful yet and so there is a need for your energies to be strong and to make sure that you have received all the necessary wisdom from the past energy waves. I feel that each energy wave still has wisdom to share with each of you. You have grown so much over the years and so the teachings that they will share with you may be different or of a greater more expansive understanding. It is true that some of the qualities still need to be integrated deeper into your reality to achieve a more complete embodiment.

I wish to share with you an invocation which can be used to achieve this integration effectively.

‘Beloved Archangel Metatron, I understand that you are leader of ascension at this time so I draw your energies, consciousness and soul closer to me now to assist, support and aid my ascension process on the Earth. Please surround me in your loving high vibrational energies.

I ask that you send your light throughout my entire being so that I may be cleansed of negative energies, fears, stagnant energy, unneeded habits and belief systems to prepare my being for accepting light.

Scrap all the old methods of evolution and growth and realize the new is coming at us with all the force of a runaway train, bearing down on us with - A new way of Being - A new way of Seeing - A new way of Sensing, and - A new way of playing.

Open your hearts and feel the magic. We, you and I, are opening up to ourselves and there we shall find every manner of treasure one could ever imagine. So much so, that a mere lottery win would seem pale by comparison.

What is a lottery win compared to a treasure trove of gifts that Source affords us and that one only has to imagine for them to appear. The ability to create beyond one's expectations is the essence of any magical formula, and that's what we're being served up through this gateway called Ascension.

Once that connection is made, all one has to do is summon those powers from within and they surface just as we had imagined their design. Truly momentous! Beyond the scope of ordinary thinking, 3D thinking, the dark world reality of 3rd dimensional consciousness.

Only our imagination can awaken the Giant within, that aspect of ourselves that is Divinely ordained.

We are here as souls, realizing again our journey on Earth is of the soul. The soul commands, we obey, and off we go to another reconoitre.

We Lightworkers have arrived. This is our gateway. 11-11-11 is the key to eternal life and beyond. We shall be awash in a Tsunami of Love. This is the best time for us to be here, to move on through that all important gateway and stake our claim in the 5th dimension.

Being self-reliant is everything these days. It's the ultimate in expressing self-confidence, and it is the epitomy of self-love. Yes, I see it happening everywhere now. More and more of us are tuning into the Self and accessing those deep reserves of wisdom and knowledge. Whatever we need on the Ascension Path is there for us to garner.

Like you, I have my own inner store now; it may even be a warehouse. Perhaps it's the "big" warehouse where all of us Lighworkers go when we are ready to begin showing ourselves and need certain supplies to support our new life purpose.

It could be like one of those movies where a bunch of robots laying dormant in a warehouse are suddenly awakened by some pre-defined signal that turns on their energies and activates their purpose. As each of them awakens, they begin moving around the storehouse and start gathering supplies.

Most of what we need, as sleeping lightworkers who are now awakening, comes in the form of downloads. Some of these downloads are already present within and need to be activated in concert with our growing self-awareness. Additional downloads come from the big Cosmic Server that exists for all of us. This Source has everything we need as we move inward to find our way to it.

This waking part is easy enough; it's the activation part that appears to be the hardest. It means getting in front of whatever has been coming at your being - good, bad or indifferent - so you can accept it and move on past. This is what it means to become self-aware and engage the practice of self-forgiveness.

Oh yes, we are being called to do a lot of that these days - self-forgiveness - because everything we resent stands in the way of our Ascension. Whatever comes up for us, in terms of issues, regrets and past failings, have to be accepted, loved even, to finally be done with them.

Surrender - yes, surrender - another word for acceptance - which is another word for self-forgiveness - which means the end of our war with ourselves.

This is the ultimate destination - the Ascension peak - for this final round of involvement with 3D Earth. We are going to ascend without our troubles, faulty life prescriptions, karma, missed opportunities, regrets and whatever else we've been whipping ourselves with once we enter that 11-11-11 gateway. My friends, this is The Tunnel of Love that we have been approaching, and all of those old encumbrances are to be left at the entrance.

At the exit of this process lies 5D Earth, beautiful, lovely earth, with all of us aboard as her caretakers, guardians and lovers.

5D Earth is for lovers. Come one, come all, but come as a Lover and you will never suffer again.

I can't believe it when I say it, but I say it again and again until it comes true for me. I create my own reality after all, so a little preparation can help the process along and smooth out the bumps along the way. Ascension is upon us like a great grey whale seeking its next meal. We are that meal for the One who sent us out, and now we are Her nutrients as Ascension consumes us and we consume Her.

So I stay on this path and feel protected. I feel guided and nurtured by those unseen forces who coach me along, always encouraging, always loving, always supporting the cause of Ascension.

Dearest ascending souls of Planet Earth, we are the Ascended Masters. We are but a small collective of the Infinite ascended souls present in the higher dimensions. We have spoken through the term ‘Masters’ because we, having ascended have overcome the low vibrations of duality and ‘mastered’ our own inner darkness as we grew and learned more and more.

All of you who are ascending will gain the abilities of a Master, as when you ascend a Master is exactly what you will become. We understand that many of you may assume this term a simple label, but it is much more than that. To be a Master is to truly ascend past the lower vibrations, to take control of your body and spirit complexes and to overcome the darkness that prevails in the lower dimensions. True Mastery involves enacting disciplines, becoming the Light you wish to be graced with and standing up for the Light while saying ‘No!’ to the distractions and manipulations of the lower vibrations. To ascend is to do all of these things. So you see, the term ‘Master’ is not some term of endearment or a term based in ego, every soul who has ascended past the third and fourth dimensions can be seen as an Ascended Master.
In fact, we have souls whom are even more advanced than us, whom we look up to and can refer to as Masters. Your ascension never stops dear souls, and we are in fact also growing and learning every moment as you are. Like many of you on Earth, we have assumed the role of a teacher for those who do not understand all that we do, and we also embrace the role of a student, learning more and more and expanding our own perspectives. Every soul who has been a part of Earth’s ascension, be it those on the ground or us here in the higher realms, has learned so very much from this experience. We can say that the end of ascension cycles is usually much more peaceful, as on the majority of planets in this universe and in Creation, the Light is the dominating factor.

Many of you carry memories of peaceful ascensions on other worlds in past Lives, ascensions that ran quite smoothly and happened with little difficulty. Once a soul becomes aware of ascension and decides they wish to grow and learn more, their ascension processes cannot be stopped. All of you and every soul on any other world are blessed with an infinite amount of spiritual guides. Even those on peaceful planets who are ascending obtain much help, and in fact the help is usually able to be given in the open as on other, more peaceful worlds there is nothing to stop extraterrestrials and ascended souls from being with the souls who are ascending. We do in fact help all of you who are ascending on Earth, but due to the difficult situation on Earth we must be slightly veiled with our help. It can be seen as a good thing, as many of you on Earth can have problems with faith, with staying faithful and sure that a wonderful ascension back to the realms you know as Home is in fact underway. Faith is a very big part of your ascension, as what you feel and think is created in your virtual reality that is 3D Earth.

There are many souls on your world who are completely sure that there is nothing past their current Lives. Through biased science and unconscious acts of denial, many souls have convinced themselves that the dense reality they find themselves in is the only reality that exists, and once they pass on from that reality they cease to exist. Much has been proven and will continue to be proven through emerging science on your world that will once and for all put humanity’s fear of death to rest. However, those souls who stay in denial refuse to see this evidence for what it is, and instead use every excuse they can to discredit any theory that doesn’t agree with a certain mindset, the mindset they have infatuated themselves with. Our main concern in that avenue is the fact that you do indeed create through what and how you think and feel, and since so many are convinced that death is the end, once they do pass on it will be difficult for them to find consciousness. Some of them may for a while exist in a sort of void less ‘black’ after death, a black that they will perceive as nothingness. It is much the same place you all go to when you close your eyes, but only when the pineal gland is so calcified that you are not able to perceive the ‘sparkly’ energy when closing them.

As many do not believe they are actually in their own personal spiritual space when they close their eyes, as they close their eyes they see nothing but black nothingness. This nothingness is actually what can be referred to as void less Creation with the potential for being, and it is in these sacred spaces that you can create to your Heart’s desire. Just as those who believe closing their eyes takes them nowhere, those who believe nothing comes after death will experience this nothingness until they are able to create something. Some of you may think it would not be hard to create your surroundings after death, but if one’s mindset is set on death being the ultimate end, they will be somewhat comfortable in their dark space for a short time. Once they regain awareness, they will be able to harness their Creation powers and astral planes of Living that you all return to after death. The Law of Attraction is very powerful, and even after death you will create through what you expect.

We would like to take a few moments to congratulate dearly those who are standing up for themselves by protesting the unjust and unfair actions of the one percent, the ‘service to self’ souls on your world. We have organized the events that lead to the worldwide revolutions and protests in the heavenly realms, as every event that happens on Earth is first created in the higher astral planes of Earth, then sent to manifest in your reality. This is why we continue to remind you of your Creation powers, as even when you are imagining or thinking of something, you are creating that something to be manifested on your physical plane of understanding.

Many of you who read this message have also been involved in manifesting worldwide revolutionary events while in the sleep realms. We understand that many of you may see that as a bit of a sensational or exaggerated statement, but we do not exaggerate in the slightest. All of you Lightworkers on Earth are extremely advanced ascended beings in your own respects already, you were before your ventures on Earth and you are now even stronger as you exit the final lower ascension cycle of Earth. You are all extremely exalted souls, and so very many of us actually look to your Earthly experiences for guidance in our own experiences. Earth is a very difficult planet to incarnate on, but so many of you Dear Lightworkers have undertaken this challenge and you are coming out golden!!

We would now like to clear up some of the confusion some of you have with the many different terms we use. Above we discussed the use of the term ‘Master’ in relation to our ascended nature, and we would now like to speak of the term ‘Lightworker’. Many of you think that only a few of you who are ascending are actually ‘Lightworkers’ but it is simply not so! Every single one of you who is reading these messages and becoming infatuated with spirituality and the Light are performing Lightwork, thus making you Lightworkers. Nearly everything you can do in relation to spirituality and the Light, can be and is considered Lightwork. Meditation is Lightwork. Calling on your guides to help you grow and learn is Lightwork. Informing others about your earthly ascension by starting a blog or just telling people about ascension, is Lightwork. Dear souls, we could go on forever!!

Every single one of you is a Lightworker, Ground Crew member or whatever you wish to call it. As stated above, many of you (who are) incarnate on Earth are in fact Ascended Masters, Archangels, and members of the advanced extraterrestrial races assisting Earth at this time, as well as members of the Galactic Federation of Light. We in fact did not come up with the term Lightworker, it is a term that was created by those of you on Earth but has proven to be an effective term to describe all of you who are assisting Gaia and her population in her ascension.

Many of you have found emptiness in the third dimensional things that used to make you so very happy. As a method of coping with the third dimension and the lower vibrations, many of you attached yourselves to outward, third dimensional things that brought you happiness. Many souls on your world still struggle with this distortion. You have undoubtedly heard of the souls who are addicted to drugs, food, sports, video games, etc. and those are some of the souls who have attached themselves to outward things to find happiness. The mindset on your world has been that there is nothing past the physical, and therefore happiness can only be found outwardly. Too many souls believe with all their heart that owning material things or finding physical highs are the only ways to obtain happiness, when really what is required is looking within for happiness. Happiness and Peace can only be found within, and many physical highs only serve to further cut off one’s awareness of the higher realms.

We are a small collective of an infinite amount of Ascended Masters who guide you all on Earth daily. We wish you to know that despite what you hear outwardly, ascension is in progress and you are all doing wonderfully. Without the actions of so many of you on Earth, Mother Gaia may very well have not been able to ascend. Despite the growing number of souls working for the Light on your world, there are still plenty of souls hard at work confusing people, and many souls will pose as a Lighted being with all the answers, when their true purpose is to manipulate people.

Many of the souls who do this have taken somewhat influential roles, as undertaking an influential role is the only true way to manipulate a broader range of souls. Whether it is a known soul or someone on an internet forum, we urge you all to use precise and extreme discernment with everything you read and are told. Do not simply accept something just because a soul claiming to have all the answers has said it, and we certainly wouldn’t want any of you blindly following our messages without questioning anything. Be safe in your ventures dealing with other souls, as sometimes you never know who is bent on deception. We Love you all so very much, and we wish you to tap into the higher dimensional energy we are sending you at all times.

Occupy Your Body through Self-Acceptance

I had a hectic day yesterday. There was lots going on in terms of Personal Growth and Spiritual Alignment given this Ascension cycle we all find ourselves in. The key event was landing in my body with a Thud!

How's that you say?

THE PROBLEM:

Well, you see, most of us are not living entirely in our bodies. We exist in some suspended state, partly experiencing the physical, and partly trying to escape. The physical can be painful, we all know that. Those of us who hid out in fantasy images of a better place had yet to fully enter their bodies. Why? Fear mostly. Fear of pain, loss of control, disappointment and hurt, feelings carried over from previous lives no doubt, and in many instances, our entry into this one.

In my case it was a simple CSI investigation that revealed the reasons for my partial occupation of my physical vehicle. I was abused as a child, that's the technical review. What I experienced was this: My father, who was a young parent at the time (age 20) used to frighten us children into silence when we were still in the crib. Being the oldest, I was the first to experience this parenting approach. He needed sleep and we were crying as babies are want to do. So he made it a practice to startle us into silence. It never occured to him or my mother that this might be a bad idea.

Have you ever seen a frightened baby? They exhibit the classic startle response. They suck in their breath and lie still just as any organism would when it feels threatened. You see this in the animal kingdom everyday. This activity sets up a conditioned response that stays with a child for the rest of their life. Add to this a few physical beatings along the way to age 5 and the deal is done. That child, who then becomes an adult, remains conditioned to the state of fear as the default position in their life. "The world is dangerous and I must be vigilant."

Because of that initial application of fear and continued reinforcement through verbal and physical abuse, the soul does not enter the body completely. It remains suspended so to speak, partly in the body, and partly in some fantasy where the world is not so scary, always vigilant though for the next attack.

You grow up looking to avoid danger, yet fall into it repeatedly, because that's what you expect. Law of Attraction at work. Studies on abused children have shown that they would rather go home to the abusive environment than be placed in some unknown situation. They want to stay because it is familiar, and it's all they know.

All persons and situations encountered thereafter are viewed with a modicum of suspicion. People and events have to prove themselves harmless before we victims are willing to surrender to them. There is also an unfulfilled craving for Acceptance. It is sought everywhere through pleasing behavior. Most often resulting in disaster, because that's still the deeper expectation. You expect pain and loss. You receive it. Your theory of life being dangerous, is again confirmed. But the craving for acceptance lingers on and never leaves.

I found my way into therapy to resolve this issue, this lack of trust, this fear of others, this constant nagging feeling of threat just a heartbeat away. After my first wife left me and took our 2 daughters I was so devastated I finally sought out professional help. I knew I had to bring this pattern to an end.

I went even further than that. While getting help for myself I decided I wanted to become a therapist and help others through their challenges. So, I got the training I needed and ran a successful private practice for over 15 years, until I burned out. The problem with the cure is that I took in too much.

The road to recovery is filled with such stories. People so desperate to escape their pain, they overdue it on the recovery side. The road to mental and emotional health is filled with such stories, people burning out trying so hard to rid themselves of that early onset pain and fear.

So yesterday, when I landed in my body with a Thud, I literally felt my feet hit the ground. What was it that brought this result on?

The Solution: ACCEPTANCE!

Acceptance of all that you feel is the key. This is the absolute straightest road to recovery from these effects. Of that there is no doubt! There are many therapeutic and healing practices available today, and there are many theories that support them. Those that are successful all end at the same place: Self-Acceptance!

You want to be healed of your wounds? Accept them! Feel them! Allow them to move through you! You want to be rid of the frightened child within? Accept her! Love her! Bring her to your bosom and comfort her! Let her/him know you are now the caretaker and you will give her all that she needs.

She/He will balk at first. Your frightened inner child trusts no one, including you. Only through your commitment to bettering your life and healing those wounds will she allow you to come even close. It takes a long time, in some cases, for a frightened and abused inner child to come to terms with your newfound good intentions. But it will happen, be assured of that. And you'll know the job is done by the distinctive Thud you will feel in your heart.

The key to transitioning from scared human to empowered human is Self-Acceptance. I have spent the last 4 decades attempting to solve this riddle for myself and that is the final tally. Self-Acceptance wins all battles, those within, and those without. That's when all those scary monsters you've been living with surrender their power to the Inner You who is now in control of your life.

Self-Acceptance means "I chose my Self." Say that every day until you begin to believe it. There is no other way through the morass of emotional turmoil that so many of us have been saddled with upon arrival on this planet. Ascension is here now, available to all. Whatever road you take, Self-Acceptance spells the end of your healing journey and the beginning of your ascent to Cosmic Consciousness.

Listen to your self. That's what you need to do. Kneel down and place your ear to the ground so you can hear the rumbling underneath, the rising of those energies from the Spirit of the Moment as it traces itself through you.

What do you feel? How do you know? What do you trust? What are your beliefs? Are you ready to let go?

Because the Old has to go for the New to be born. You can't go ahead with those old clothes, those old hangups, those old ineffectual visions.

Get a New Vision, a New Life, a New Beginning and see your Self anew, stripped of all pretense, fear and plight; stripped of all lies, and aligned only with the truth - The " I Am" truth, the truth that God is being born through You! How can you not savor that? Of course - you must!

Love yourself! That's the ticket. Love yourself enough that you never have to love yourself again. Love yourself to the endth and breadth of your existence.

Every part of you needs love. Every moment of your life needs love. You need love, self-acceptance and self-adherence. Be your own Voice. Let it dominate all others "To Thine Own Self Be True."

The truth is in the pudding. Are you acting in alignment with your truth? Are you acting as a reflection of God's truth? Discuss!!!

FIRST DO NO HARM:

Value added comes later when your are ready to celebrate your Soul, as you have in other areas of your life. For me personally, that has been music. It is where I celebrate my soul the most. Where is your passion? Where is your truth? Where is your joy? Find it and put it on a bumber sticker to your heart. You can't fail when you follow your Bliss.

So how can you trust your self when you keep looking outside for your answers?

And my God Self answers: "I am your God Self and I live inside you. I am You. You are Me. We are One and always have been. We are reuniting after a long absence, a separation of sorts, where you went away to discover your self and now you are ready to come home again."

So who are you going to trust to guide you? Those that claim authority and have already ruined the planet, or those that stand up to them and say "Enough!" Where do you want to spend your energy? Do not spend your time appealing to those who don't care; take your message to those who do, to those who already live from the inside out. They are your peers and loved ones. They are already forming the New Earth.

SELF-DISCLOSURE:

Time for all of us to Pay Attention again, at the risk of learning something new. We are going to learn how to answer our own questions. The trick is to trust the Source, the Inner Voice, that is our truest Self. That means turning off the outside world for a while, as they keep marching to that old 3D drummer and those sounds just keep repeating the same old refrain. "We know better than you". That comes from religion and government mainly, but more insidiously, comes from our corporations and employers. They are selling what's best for them, not for you, or for the betterment of mankind or the planet as a whole.

We need to learn to listen, put our ear to the ground, interpret those energetic rumblings and rush to give them creedance for whatever purpose they serve. They are calling to us. They are saying "wait a minute, we've got incoming mail for you". Open your Heart Center and that's where they deposit the latest offerings from the Giant Cosmos that is ready and willing to serve us.

Are you with me? Are you ready to hear your own truth? I know I am because this message came to me last night as I was once again groping with "what to do next". All I heard in return was "Publish, Publish, Publish - tell your own truth - that will inspire others to reveal their truth." And in this sharing will we come together as One, because no secrets implies we are alert to one another and Love paves the way for our redress to each other.

Yes, we've heard it all before. Your Life Purpose lies within. Of course it does. Where else can it be? And when we listen, with our ear to the ground, to our Heart Center, we hear the truth He has been broadcasting since day 1 - "You are Love! You are Powerful! You are Me incarnate! And I need you by My side as of this moment, this Now moment. Capiche?"

So then I was instructed to take pen in hand and write the following: "I am the author of this posting, this article, this piece of my life that is determined to shake me loose from those old mourings called "public". My "private" is my "public". That's who I am!

This particular shakeup is about me coming to terms with who I am. It's autobiographical in that sense. It's an open journal. It's a part of me on paper. That's where this is going. But it's your story as well. In my profession there's a saying: "We are as sick as our Secrets". Guess what? Revealing ourselves is the cure.

"Do you get it?" I am being asked. Self-Disclosure!!! It's who we are, in case you were wondering. What else is there? There is nothing else. We are God. She/He works through us. All else is irrelevant. The more we disclose of ourselves, the stronger God becomes and we too.

Are you prepared to tell people who you are? I am! This is who I am and more will be coming. I declare myself "In". I am part of the solution, of the changes, of the shift to New World Consciousness. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

It’s an incredible situation we’re in today and watching around us.
Citizens throughout the world are organizing first and groping second for a description of exactly what it is that they’re organizing about. People who aren’t used to discussing global issues appear to be awakening and slowly establishing what they wish to see happen. One can almost see many people moving from personal considerations to local considerations, to national, and to global, in a very short matter of time.

They’re hearing what other people are complaining about and connecting the dots. As more and more people do so, it just may happen at some point that many people will arrive at solutions which approximate the very solution that is not only already available, but also waiting in the wings to be introduced into our lives, which we know by the name of “NESARA.”
In a sense, we’re waiting for people to ask the right question: why can’t we have an economic system that is equitable and dedicated to people rather than profits? The perfect answer to that question already exists.

NESARA is a name derived from the initials of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act, an act of the United States Congress which has been passed but not proclaimed. It has been planned for a very long time and is already assembled and waiting for the right time to be announced and introduced. The gold to back it up is in place. The rainbow currency has been created. The officers to administer it are appointed and awaiting their time to begin operations.

We are simply awaiting the defeat of the dark cabal that has been responsible for the impoverishment of the masses and the destruction of the financial system that has underpinned their operations. That defeat and destruction do not seem far off, given recent events.

I don’t plan to go into the history of it. There are other articles that do that. (1) I’d rather look at the philosophy of it. The philosophy of it is this. NESARA is a system designed to distribute money and use the planet’s natural resources wisely and fairly. It is a program designed to give to all citizens of Earth, without distinction, the abundance needed to see to their needs and release them from unnecessary toil, want and anxiety. Of NESARA, SaLuSa of Sirius, a spokesman for the Galactic Federation, which in concert with the Company of Light and the Earth allies is bringing in NESARA, tells us:

“As promised. within the provisions of NESARA are virtually all of the steps necessary to reverse the established systems that have held you back. These are necessarily far-reaching and indicate the direction in which Humanity should have progressed.” (2)

“Having abundance … fulfils the promise of equality and sharing in a fair way that covers all of your needs. This is quite different from the unabated drive to acquire as much material wealth as possible, often at the expense of others. Spirituality does not however require that you live as a pauper or give up all of your possessions.” (3)

The pressures that will lead to a complete reappraisal of our economic arrangements and the introduction of NESARA have been growing for some time and SaLuSa tells us what will result from them, contrasting our way of life with that of the more advanced beings who are behind the formulation and introduction of NESARA.

“We note that the pressures are rising for a complete financial appraisal, with a view to introducing a totally new system. We encourage such moves as the old one has proven to be inadequate, and not operating to the benefit of the people. Your banking system has been gradually eating away at your hard earned monies, and has had little regard if any for the hardships that result from their avarice. That power is being removed, but only a complete change will serve your real interests and establish a fair and honest system.

“You will be recompensed, as abundance will see the return of prosperity and a fair and equitable sharing of your wealth. You will gradually move into a new phase of life that will be a prelude to Ascension, and bring you nearer to the Oneness that you will enjoy.

“Dear Ones, we have no requirement for money as everything is shared, and each souls requirements are provided to ensure they have the best standard of life possible. When you have no such needs the quality of life is idyllic, and allows for ample time for the pursuance of personal interests.
“The labours of life as you now experience them will no longer exist, and you will not toil and work your knuckles to the bone to exist. It has only been the greed for power and wealth by the richest families in your world, that has limited your progress towards such a society on Earth.” (4)

The wealth that has been corraled on Earth will be reclaimed and redistributed, SaLuSa informs us.
“So many of you are experiencing difficulties in your lives that the Abundance Programs would help. I want to tell you that, in the near future, poverty will be eradicated from Earth, and the wealth mainly secreted away by the Illuminati will be reclaimed and redistributed for the good of all. Financial Institutions will be re-modelled to cater for a new society that has set greed and corruption aside.” (5)

Abundance is not something that should be enjoyed by some and not by others, he tells us.
“Abundance is your right and shall not be held from you for much longer.
“It will bring equality amongst you without taking away your individual personality or desire to live your life in a free expression. The drudgery of life will be removed, and you will participate in what you choose for yourself.” (6)

Having an equitable economic system will remove all the causes for jealousy and greed, he says.
“In time the wealth of the world will be properly shared for the good of all. Is it not a fact, that when you have sufficient for your needs a happier and more contented society is created? Jealousy and envy [will be] eliminated and even greed becomes unnecessary, and would certainly be discouraged. Your present times are the result of deliberate plans by the Illuminati, to create friction through lack and make you reliant on them for your existence.” (7)

What are we waiting for? SaLuSa explains:

“In the physical realms money can buy practically anything from exotic weaponry to an individuals loyalty, and [the Illuminati] have done so virtually unchallenged. As you will know by now the financial state of the world is precarious and collapsing, which will take their power base with it. Once they are seriously weakened, through our Allies we shall make our move and ensure that they cannot recover.” (8)

All this is designed to aid our movement towards the planetary shift that we know as “Ascension,” as SaLuSa explains.
“It is planned to advance your civilization so that there is a natural progression to Ascension. That which has been denied you will quickly come into your lives, and provide the answers to the problems that confront you now. We can address all issues so that you take a quantum leap into the New Age.

“We share responsibility for your future just as much as you do, and together we will have no difficulty in getting you prepared for the wonderful and exciting times just ahead. Already you have had sufficient information to understand the nature of them. Clearing away the result of years of pollution is high on our list, and although the size of the task is extremely large, with our technology it will be dealt with in next to no time.

“The environment has to be restored as first measure to lift everyone’s living conditions. Then shall the basic needs of the poorer people be provided for in full measure. Contented people are happy people, and the joys of living will be there for you all to experience.” (9)

NESARA is the way to provide for the needs of the poorer people among us and place them in a position where they can begin preparing for Ascension. There is no need for NESARA, no need for money after Ascension because Fifth-Dimensional beings can create whatever they need by the power of thought and they need much, much less. Hunger will be gone. Homelessness will be impossible. Environmental problems such as droughts, flooding, etc., will not exist. All the difficulties associated with the world we live in will be gone.

Until then NESARA is the perfect answer waiting for the right question. As the people of the world continue to turn away from the economic system which has been the bane of their existence, awaken, and deprive the world’s ruling elites of their power, we approach the day when the question will arise that will bring with it the answer: NESARA.

Those things which get your attention are created through tension and resistance. The flow of energy is interrupted in the presence of fear and this becomes a point of transformation. Will you choose the fear or something beyond it? The fear has been a constant presence and companion and the path beyond it is unknown. The tension which you feel as dis-ease, dis-comfort, and dis-illusionment are blessings which show you that your reality is not in alignment with your energetic vibrations.

As you raise your vibrations and allow new energies to become integrated into your being, tension is created wherever they conflict with your existing vibration. The illusion you are living through is no longer resonating with you and you can no longer support that illusion. Other choices, beliefs and thoughts are now required to support the new reality you wish for yourself, which then creates a new illusion. All life is an illusion, a paradigm that you create through your energetic vibrations. Being dis-illusioned simply means that you can no longer support your current illusion.

Every illusion requires a constant flow of energy to support it. The illusion that is supported by fear, pain and drama is created when you are in those energies. The moment you feel that your illusion no longer works for you is the moment in which you have disconnected from your illusion and your soul is calling to you to connect to higher energies, expand your vision for your life, to resonate with a new vibration and be willing to allow more light into your being. You can see the dis-illusionment as a failure or as a divine blessing.

What you see as a problem is simply a process of disconnection so you can reconnect to something else. All life is a flow of energy that must continue to ascend into higher vibrations. Where your illusion has grounded you in a particular path is where you will feel tension and when you disconnect and allow your energy to expand, through setting an intention for a new course for your path, you create tension whose purpose is to show you where disconnection needs to occur and reconnection can happen. Embrace this with joy as it is confirmation of your transformation, then choose your new path and allow new levels of illusion to become your reality.

Let Go and Let God

One of my good friends always says ‘Let go and let God’ when he is involved in a situation that is beyond his ability to deal with. It’s his way of acknowledging that there is a point at which we have to let others learn their lessons in their own way and time and within their own power. How many times do we hold someone up energetically, see them in their best light, hold the highest intention for them and for their lives only to have them go right back to their old ways because they can’t learn and grow within our timelines and don’t heal when we force them or try to do the work for them.
In many situations we have to ‘let go and let God’ which is our way of admitting that we are not capable of altering the course of someone’s life. Thinking that we can or should do this puts us in the precarious position of being the Source in someone’s life and if they are not listening to God by now, what makes us think they will listen to us? As we move through the end of 2011 we will have more opportunities to let go in this way because we will find that we cannot hold space for someone’s transformation while engaged in our own.

While we have been struggling with our own healing journey and feeling very stuck, the temptation to heal others while we’re waiting for our lives to change has given us the false impression that we have time and energy to spare. Now that things are starting to move (and they will by September), new priorities are required because we can’t be the martyred healer for others and the master in our life at the same time. Someone has to take priority and while that must be us. We have to make that choice with a clear heart, knowing that when we let go God can take over.

We have been walking this healing journey for many lifetimes with our soul group, holding light and space, being the healer and healing and delaying our progress and movement. Now it’s time for us to let go and let God because everyone’s healing path is truly between them and God and we are not part of it except as an energetic bystander. Two things happen when we release others to their healing path – they have the motivation to work harder because their growth and healing are now their responsibility, and we have more time and energy for our own healing journey because our energy is not scattered and limited by what we are contributing to others’ lives.

For The Benefit Of All

Whatever you ask for yourself, you also ask for the benefit of all. When you create a reality where you live in peace, joy and unconditional love exist, it becomes a possibility for everyone. Asking for yourself is not selfish or limiting, it creates an energetic possibility for all to experience life in this way. Each thing that you ask for creates a vibration that resonates throughout the Universe, expanding that energy and creating ever larger openings for it to become part of the earth’s energetic imprint. Every prayer that you pray, every wish that you make, has an exponential effect on everyone, everywhere. You are all connected and part of the human family, so what affects one affects all.

Your every thought and emotion are powerful energies which are imprinted in the earth’s energetic template. The powerful, self affirming thoughts are equally as powerful as those which affirm your powerlessness and fears. When you send fear out to the earth’s energetic template you are expanding the energies of fear which already exist. Darkness is not overcome by more darkness and to erase fear from the human energetic imprint requires that everyone also remove fear from their own emotional body. Remember this when you are tempted to fall into despair or forget that the power to change your life path exists within you. There is nothing which cannot be overcome by the power of the light.

As you affirm your divinity you also remind humanity of its divine core and you change the course of humanity’s path. There is no insignificant person or effort, each light adds to the whole and each one creates a spark of light that overcomes its polarity energy. Fear is erased by love and compassion, sadness by joy, judgment by acceptance. Each one of you is capable of changing the course of humanity because you are affirming your divinity, your spiritual being. This raises your vibrations and creates a resonance that the rest of humanity can also achieve. While there is much pain, sadness, anger, fear and hurt in the world at this time, there is also much light and awakening as many people are focused on their spiritual journey.

The old paradigm of having more or being better than others has gone away. The new world has no place for those who want to put themselves above others, to differentiate on the basis of material goods, physical attributes or other elements whose purpose is to separate and create divisions among people. The Oneness of humanity means that all are equal, as they have always been in the eyes of the Creator, so all may be blessed, according to their abilities, spiritual understanding and needs. Each will receive what they need and are willing and able to accept for themselves and what they believe they deserve.

When you remember that all of humanity benefits from your ability to create miracles, step into your power and move forward on your spiritual journey, you increase these energies exponentially and spread the good that you create in your life to everyone, everywhere. If you have felt that you should not ask for miracles because you are undeserving or should not ask for more than what you have, know that you are creating these miracles for yourself and for everyone. It is time for each of you to step into your divine birthright, which is living miraculous lives, being your mastery, where everything you need flows effortlessly to you. Accept this gift and its power, embrace it and use it every day, knowing that when you do so you do it for the benefit of all.

We begin our story with a poem, one I wrote years ago, in what seems like another lifetime. My Guidance tells me I walked the earth back then and saw for myself the insidious beginnings of this thing called Religion.

People were looking for ways to control the masses. Each day some new purpose would emerge designed to enslave the existing populations and have them do the dirty work of those who saw themselves as Masters.

For the purposes of this story and the Religious Abuse Recovery Program we are launching here, we will focus our attention on the Catholic Church primarily. But this expose can be applied to other religions as well.

Man’s Folly – Religious Abuse

In the Name of the Father / How can it be? / You lied and cheated / Deceived me, I can see

No more holdouts / No more old scores / Time to return me / To my sweet amore

The one true love / That resides within / Is not without worry / But certainly without sin

Time to Remove that Religious Collar:

I come to you with this news because it is time to remove that religious collar from around your necks. We have suffered at the hands of our religious leaders. We adopted methods of coping that affected us adversely. These would include the great variety of addictions all designed to numb out the toxic effects of Guilt and Shame piled upon us by those who claimed to know better. This is one aspect of the insidious nature of Religious Abuse.

Let’s set the stage so we can all see where this enslavement of souls began. At the beginning of the First Millennium AD, around the time Jesus Christ was born, the Roman Empire was in a stiff decline. Their mastery and control over Europe and various regions in Africa and the Middle East were falling apart because the Roman leaders could no longer maintain the discipline necessary to keep their legions subjects in line.

As the Roman Empire continued its decline, some of its soon to be deposed leaders noticed that a rise in religious fervor was taking root, therefore, an opportunity to harness that need was now available. They realized they could transform this seeking of spiritual succor into a different form of enslavement that only required conditioning of the mind. By co-opting God as their ultimate Higher Power, they could deliver to the populace a series of edicts that could not be challenged, since they came directly from God.

An uneducated populace fell right into the trap and became supporters of this new religious movement. The Roman Empire morphed into the Roman Catholic Church and carried on their usual affairs under the guise of a new business model. Former military leaders exchanged their battle garb for priestly robes and began the transformation. They started to build churches and went to work developing their mind conditioning practices.

They saw for themselves what power religious beliefs could hold when they witnessed the effect Jesus Christ had on the population of the time. After they killed him, they jumped all over this need and began the business of converting the Empire into a large scale Religion.

They developed all kinds of methods for enticing people, methods that made good use of the technological advances of the day. For a naïve population, these acts of trickery were pure magic and served to draw them tighter within the fold. Simple mathematical formulas coupled with advances in hydraulics were converted into the miracles of crying statues, bleeding glass and speaking stones, all orchestrated behind the scenes by masters of illusion who hired themselves out to the Highest Bidders. That’s how Catholicism began, with trickery and deceit, methods that remain in existence to this very day.

This form of trickery and deceit set the stage for what was to become a systematic program of wowing potential converts with manufactured miracles. The biggest coup for the Catholic Church was when they successfully co-opted Jesus Christ’s name and enormous popularity. Once he was out of the way, it was easy, because he was no longer around to challenge them. This simply was the common business practice of stealing an idea, then getting rid of the competition that created it.

But that was not enough. They needed a founder, someone who was loyal to Jesus Christ, and that was his right hand man, Peter. They claimed Peter as the founder of Jesus Christ’s church, even though they had killed him as well, crucified him upside down, if you recall. So today you have St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica within that square all contained within a small piece of real estate that reports to no one but itself, exempt from taxes and exempt from scrutiny, the wealthiest religious organization on the planet.

In the meantime, Roman Empire soldiers became Christian Mercenaries and led the charge against Heathens everywhere. A heathen was simply a person or group that did not endorse Christianity. For this failure to comply they were killed, with Holy Swords and in God’s name. A few centuries back, during the time of the Crusades, a Christian mercenary leader reportedly asked his Pope, Pope Innocent II, how he should differentiate between believers and heathens, so as not to smite the faithful. And the Pope replied: “Kill them all. We’ll let God determine which are His.” There you have another piece of the foundation of the Roman Catholic Church.

Historians may dispute these claims as too simplistic and not factual enough, because I offer no accounting of dates or other specifics. The accuracy of these claims can be determined when you Google any of the key words listed above. For the purposes of your Religious Abuse Recovery, such details are unnecessary. What the church did or didn’t do, and who were the main players at the times of various atrocities will have no effect on what you need to recover from Religious Abuse. All we are showing you here are the corrupt beginnings of a Religion that claimed to have your best interests in mind, while its priests and nuns were busy berating you, sexually abusing you, shaming you and reducing you to puddles of tears, as successfully conditioned you to hate your self. This is spiritual blasphemy of the highest order

The Roman Catholic Church has become a massive and perverse institution whose main weapons include psychological conrols, de-humanizing physical and sexual abuses and constant condemnation of your value as a person, as a true son / daughter of God. This is how they started and where they remain to this day, keeping all of us as children dependent on them, and continuing their program of mental and emotional enslavement through psychological torture and conditioning.

You need to see this for yourself, so you can come out of the trance they have put you in. All of their messages are what we psychologists call “double-binds”. For example: “God loves you, but you’re a Sinner.” “If you do as we say, you will go to Heaven. If you don’t, you will go to Hell.” There was no Hell until they invented it. There was no Purgatory until they invented that.

All of these machinations are fictions, all part of the Big Lie to keep you enslaved. None of it is true. They made it all up. And they continue to promote these ideas to this day because now they can rely on unquestioned history and their 2,000 years in business as validation of their eternal righteousness and authority.

This is where the Roman Catholic Church started. They discovered that Guilt and Shame, coupled with the fear of rejection by God, were stronger weapons than arrows and swords for bringing populations to their knees. It was easy back then to dupe so many people, because there was no education system to speak of, except for the elites who were already behind this fictional creation, and are still there to this day.

Jesus Christ did not launch the Catholic Church and neither did his close friend and disciple, Peter. They were setting the stage for a spiritual revolution however, and that is why they were killed. They were a threat to the ruling authorities of the day. Once these two were out of the way, the elites of the time seized the opportunity to capitalize on the authentic search for truth and wholeness, and used this natural human desire to enslave people in a whole new manner. With the fear of God duly installed, they could do pretty much whatever they wanted.

They successfully utilized the power of belief and the natural urge to meld with one’s God as a tool for conscripting millions into their fold while installing themselves as the only legitimate intermediary between man and God.

That’s where our experiences of religious abuse began. These perverse psychological tactics have been in operation for 2,000 years and they will not be going away quietly. The perversions of Christ’s original message are still going on, as are the abuses inflicted on countless children all over the world. We have only seen the tip of the iceberg where these abuses are concerned. The Catholic Church has successfully silenced many dissenting and complaining voices by simply paying them off under gag order conditions.

In the meantime they continue to manage their business as usual. Who is the next potential Saint in their lineup of fake ascenders? Let’s condemn abortion one more time. Let’s continue to deny poor people in third world countries the use of condoms to keep family sizes manageable. Let’s release another edict against homosexuality while tour own ranks are filled with them. Let’s publicly condemn priest pedophiles while we continue to shift them from parish to parish as complaints are laid.

Lies, hypocrisy and more lies are the true foundations of the Catholic Church. You need to see this to begin your recovery. You need to know that you placed your trust in the lowest of the low, that your parents were duped as were the thousands of generations before them. You need to see how badly and perversely you’ve been lied to so that you can contemplate the idea that you are not so bad after all. When we reject our abuse experiences as determiners of who we are and put these back onto the shoulders of our abusers where they belong, we begin to see that their practices are clear testimony of their perverse nature.

They are the abusers and we are the victims. The abuse that we suffered is about “what happened to us.” It is not about who we are. But it most certainly is about who and what they are. And they are everything they ever accused us of. They are the perverse and the psychologically sick. Their actions, thoughts and behaviors toward innocent children are what need to be condemned. They are the purveyors of abuse.

The Catholic Church’s entire program began with a series of lies and that remains as their foundation to this day. These people are murderers, liars, child abusers, sexual abusers and emotional abusers. They live in a hollowed out world where the only truth that matters is what will help perpetuate their power and control for another day, week or year.

They have piles and piles of money that they keep to themselves while they shame us into giving to the poor and disenfranchised, loathsome conditions that they help perpetuate with their antiquated but controlling messages about sin, sexual activity and birth control. In their world, it’s all about counting the cash, keeping the business humming along and silencing the victims of their various abuses through murder or payoff. Yes, there are bodies buried around residential schools in North America, children that were killed by their priest caretakers. Those who survived these experiences and witnessed the murders, have been bought off by those pesky gag orders, so that the Catholic Church can continue to pretend it is wholesome and clean.

This church, and many like it, is as political as any government and as corrupt as the worst you and I have ever seen. They are befuddled by the fact that they continue to be sued and called to account for their misdeeds. After all, shouldn’t they be above the law? Meanwhile, children abused at their hands, grow into adults who have multiple problems with self-trust, self-worth, self-esteem, self-condemnation and even self-abuse. These are the childhood religious abuse victims who as adults turn to alcohol and drugs to mollify their experiences of abuse at the hands of the Catholic Church. These people are you and I, victims of abuse at the hands of tyrannical nuns and priests who clubbed us into submission by conditioning us to fear God, the same God they claim is always loving and welcoming – another double-bind.

Their Pope is a big fat joke. They have elevated him to Rock Star status and sent him around the world to mingle with the common people. He’s just a father figure who goes around the world making a sign of the cross over the heads of thousands who are starved for parental approval and affection.

The Catholic Church’s leaders have positioned themselves as parent authorities who, while working for God, are allegedly immune to scrutiny or prosecution. They have successfully used the same tactic as rapists and similar abusers when confronted with charges of abuse – blame the victim and re-victimize them all over again.

The Catholic Church Authorities are the real heathens. They are the abusers of God’s just words. They are the liars and psychological enslavers of today. They are as good at running their religion as other enslavers’ of whole populations – Adolph Hitler and the Nazis, Joseph Stalin, Idi Amin and most recently, Saddam Hussein. Comparisons can be made to a number of Western Leaders as well, but we will save that for another day. For now, the Catholic Church’s leaders are well in tune with the petty despots that we’ve seen come and go down through the ages.

Petty despots and religious abusers are all cut from the same cloth. They are elitist. They see themselves as privileged. And they truly believe they have the right to “Lord it” over the rest of us. We, the general population, continue to be their slaves as long as we endorse their program, or, more accurately, fail to stand up for ourselves and put these abuses and condemnations back onto them, where they belong.

This is the end of the road for the Catholic Church and all religions that practice psychological enslavement of their adherents. Those of us who have been abused are now saying:

Enough! I will no longer suffer at your hands! I am done with you forever! And I will heal myself of all your toxic effects.

Let that be the beginning of your Religious Abuse Recovery process. Let that phrase now become your Mantra. Say it to yourself everyday and prepare to heal from the lifetime of abuses you have suffered at their hands. The problem was never you. They problem has always been in the hands of your abusers. They are the ones who are sick and misguided. They are the ones who have perverted and corrupted Christ’s message to us. They are the ones who pretend to be God’s emissaries when they are in fact perverts of the truth.

Journaling for Ascension is about empowerment through self-awareness. It is a process by which you get your needs met for emotional and spiritual cleansing. Journaling removes the cobwebs from your thinking processes by having you record the ideas, thoughts and emotions that you currently find distracting.

This process is always about balance. Journaling gives you access to your inner thoughts and feelings and removes them from the cluttered storehouse of your unconscious. Then you can clearly see where you are going from day to day, what you are thinking and what you need to focus on as your growth unfolds. This cleansing is essential to moving you toward Ascension.

The world opens up to you when you start journaling because your unconscious receives the message that you are ready to receive information from your inner world. And you inner world is eager to release the straggling emotions of old traumas and hurts.

Self-empowerment through self-knowledge is about entering your world of unconscious activity where you have stored the effects of past traumas, hurt feelings and any un-examined life events. When you’re open to this process you will uncover much about yourself that has heretofore remained hidden.

Journaling is not a short cut to immortality and creative writing as some would have you believe. It is simply an access point to your inner life where valuable information about who and what you are can be uncovered. Self-communication leads to self-cleansing, which then paves the way for Ascension to occur.

Disregard any other ideas you may have about journaling, especially those that suggest you have to write creatively and with purpose. This is not the case. Journaling is about self-revelation. Bringing your unconscious self to conscious awareness. Only by knowing what you believe in and then acting on that information can you make choices for the better.

The conditioning you received in your early years is still active inside, even if it no longer makes it to conscious awareness. That’s what repeating patterns of behavior are all about. We are being driven by some part of us that believes in unquestioned and outdated ideas. Once you see these patterns, and the ideas that drive them, you can interrupt your automatic responses and make new choices. We refer to this process as Conscious Evolution.

Prepare yourself for a rough ride at times as your unconscious protector/controller tries to steer you away from recognizing this inner activity. This part of you has a big investment in staying hidden and will resist your pursuit of self-honesty and increased awareness.

In the end you will acquire what you want, because your submerged self wants to be heard and wants the same level of freedom that you desire. You will become collaborators on that front, cooperating on the process of Ascension and shifting to higher consciousness.

The old guard, the protector/controller, will put up resistance because he or she is about to lose their job. Successful journaling requires you listen to all the voices within, including this one. So when that part is active, put it on the page.

Your resistance will hiss and snarl at times of change, so let it do so in your journal. You’ll see this happen time and time again. It’s a struggle after all for every part of you. When you choose to make a change for the better, that upsets the old inner balance. Let the resistance have its say in your journal. Only then can you set it aside and resume your forward motion toward Ascension.

Once you begin this process and engage in it regularly, your journaling will become self-activating. Whenever something inside you clamors for attention you’ll find yourself reaching for the journal to let it out. Whatever needs attention put it on the page – good, bad or indifferent. Do not edit or deny what’s begging for attention. You’ll learn that these “negative” parts of you are just scared. Once those feelings are out, you will immediately calm down.

Journaling is a very powerful process of self-communication. It will activate itself time and again as you become accustomed to using it. And it will pave the way for your Ascension process. Begin simply by just recording your feelings. Let your inner self tell you what is going on inside. Do not edit or distort. Just record! Ask yourself feeling questions mainly, because we are all quite capable of rationalizing our thoughts and feelings rather than experiencing them.

When you ask feeling questions, listen for feeling answers and write them down. Your protector/controller will try and dissuade you from going too deep. Feeling questions help you sidetrack that resistance.
“How do I feel about . . . .?” will help you reach the center of any difficulty while bypassing the guardian at the gate to your interior life.

You will discover things about yourself that are truly amazing, secrets you’ve never revealed to anyone. You’ll uncover regrets you’ve had about past experiences, hopes you hold for your future and secret desires that you have never been willing to admit to. This is your chance to do all that adventurous excavating while clearing your emotional and feeling centre of psychological debris.

This will be a time of great learning accompanied by great frustration. It’s all part of the package. Journaling brings out everything and that is always to your benefit. Our 3rd dimensional baggage has to be released before 5th dimensional ascended consciousness can come into view.

Do not give up on your recording practices just because things have calmed down. Your journaling sessions will become smoother as time marches on, and you’ll be better equipped, in terms of emotional and spiritual strength, to handle each and every crisis that comes your way.
Journaling takes you to the Well of Wisdom from where all answers emerge. Eventually, you will find yourself confronted with the Divinity that is you, your own Holy Soul. She or He will reveal much about who you are and help you secure that connection with Source.

In time, you will trust that connection so completely that you will access it often, especially when big decisions are at stake. At this point you will see yourself as a co-creator with your God Source and happily utilize that guidance for every aspect of your life.

That is the power of journaling. It puts you in touch with your essential self, which puts you in touch with your Source. We are part of that Divine Matrix and we are all enriched by this connection.

Commit to your Ascension and let journaling be your friend from this point forward.

Introduction:

Introducing you to Ascension Training may is akin to explaining the experience of riding roller-coasters. Until you’ve actually been on one, you can only marginally relate to the excitement and enthusiasm of a person who has just taken a ride.

Ascension, at this time in human history, means moving from 3rd dimensional density consciousness to 5th dimensional expanded consciousness where the world will appear as different as night from day. In fact you could simply describe the process as moving from Darkness to Light. That is the power of this experience.

You are likely familiar with such terms as Lightworker, Higher Self, Spiritual Development, 2012 and Ascension. The Many Faces of Grief and Loss

Grief and loss is a broad category that encompasses death and dying, grief recovery, grief resources and every type of loss imaginable. From losing a loved one to losing your job, grief and loss includes a variety of dimensions that affect each and every one of us in our daily lives.

The predominant category is loss of a loved one, of course. Death is the first thing that comes to mind when grief and loss are being discussed. But this particular experience can also emerge when we breakup with a lover, lose a pet or get fired from our employment. When the grief experience strikes, recovery is what preoccupies us the most.

We now understand that losing a loved one is only one aspect of grief and loss. Relationship breakups, divorce, loss of the family pet, getting fired and losing a business are all causes that generate the grief and loss experience. Such losses are rarely associated with the main grieving category, but in fact, they do share many common denominators as the primary experience of death of a loved one.

What is central to this article is that grief and loss affects us in almost every aspect of our lives. We recoil over the loss of a job. We fall into depression over the loss of our home. We grieve the death of our pets. We agonize over a recent divorce. And of course, we cry over the loss of loved ones.

What is our point here with this foray into the multiple dimensions of grief and loss? We are dealing with an emotional crisis and a feeling based wound. We experience sadness, depression and hurt. Feeling lost and afraid is common. Anger usually arrives first, till we discover what's underneath, and pain is what we wish to avoid, initially. All such reactions are quite typical with the experience of grief and loss.

Grief and loss, as a life experience, emerges in many aspects of our lives. Learning to relieve ourselves of stress via relevant grief recovery programs can have far reaching benefits. Recovering our usual bounce and drive is a worthy goal and significant benefit in grief recovery. Whatever we learn about dealing with grief and loss can be applied across its many dimensions and occurences.

The cycle of life includes gaining, losing and gaining again. For example, when a snake crawls into the tall grass to shed its old skin, it's because the new is emerging from underneath and pressing for release. Losses are typically categorized as devastating when, in fact, they are often a prelude to something better. Learning to let go, no matter what the cicumstances is a valuable life lesson.

Our biggest loss is always the death of a loved one. On a well known stress scale, this type of loss is just ahead of divorce and moving, two more examples of grief and loss. Learning to manage our daily losses, big and small, can well equip us for dealing with the big one when it inevitably strikes. A good grief resource becomes our most valuable guide during such circumstances and will lead us toward a healthy recovery.

Recovery from grief and loss, in all its varied forms, requires that we deal with our emotions. When we are emotionally vulnerable we can find a deeper meaning to life and acquire new and lasting friendships where we initially saw hurt and sorrow. Every loss carries a benefit, even if it takes years to uncover. Letting go emerges as grief and loss' primary lesson.

Cathars vs Catholics

Particularly impressive was Montsegur. We climbed up the steps to this sacred place, paying homage to the many Cathars who gave their lives to preserve their integrity and honor the wisdom of their ancient Gnostic teachings. The burning of the Cathars at Montsegur stands as a monument for us to confront the destructive force of hate and intolerance. We united with the spirit of the Cathars, to live in the power of love instead.

Following is an account of the martyrdom of the Cathars at Montsegur, drawn from a much longer original article, 'The Church's War on the Cathars' by Eric Wynants...
During the eleventh and twelfth centuries, the region known as the Languedoc, spreading approximately southward from the Loire to the Pyrennées, down into Arragon and eastward to the Rhone, became the most highly civilized area of Western Europe. Its fertile soil and pleasant climate provided the means for a leisurely life.

The Rhone and the Garonne were notable routes of communication and the passage of many Crusaders on their way to the East gave an immense stimulus to trade. Above all the Moslem conquest of Spain had brought the influence of Arabic culture. The larger cities had schools of medicine, mathematics and astrology where Arabian scholarship was imparted. Jews were not debarred from public life and were highly respected as doctors and teachers. The Catholic Church no longer held the monopoly of knowledge and it was gradually losing its power hold in the Languedoc.

The wealth of the monastic orders and the intolerance of the bishops roused the contempt of the nobles who accused them of self-indulgence and lack of interest in the poor. The common priests, through the neglect of their superiors, had fallen into discredit on account of their poverty and illiteracy. Very different was the behavior of the Cathars. Their eloquence in presenting their beliefs and their untiring care for all in need of help, won the devotion of both nobles and common people. They became known by the name of "bons hommes" (the good men).

In general the Cathars subscribed to a doctrine of reincarnation and to a recognition of the feminine principle in religion. Indeed, the preachers and teachers of Cathar congregations were of both sexes. At the same time, the Cathars rejected the orthodox Catholic Church and denied the validity of all clerical hierarchies, all official and ordained intercessors between man and God.

At the core of this position lay a gnostic tenet - the repudiation of "faith," at least as the Church insisted on it. In the place of "faith" accepted at secondhand, the Cathars insisted on direct and personal knowledge, a religious or mystical experience apprehended at firsthand. The Cathars were heirs to knowledge which partly came from the East and was known to the Gnostics and the early Christians. The basis of this secret was the transmission of the power of love. The gesture of the rite was the material and visible means of projecting this power. Behind it was hidden the spiritual gift, by which the soul was helped, and was able to cross without suffering the narrow portal of death, to escape the shadows and become merged with the light.

In the Black Mountain, not far from Carcassone, there was found a chamber, dating from the Cathar period, containing skeletons. "They lay in a circle, with their heads at the center and their feet at the circumference, like the spokes of a wheel." Those who have studied magical rites will recognize in this posture of death a very ancient rite intended to facilitate the escape of the soul, to allow it to traverse the intermediate worlds by virtue of the impetus given by union.

It was inevitable that sooner or later the clash would come, for no expressions of faith could be more diametrically opposed than between the Catholics and the Cathars. The Cathars were part of the movement of the poor, dating back to older times. Wealth was rejected by the Cathars as "external." Catharism spread with extraordinary speed in Southern France. It was the radiant cult of the pure spirit which took possession of men's souls, and it seriously endangered the materialistic Church of the Pope.

Pope Innocent III realized this and dispatched several apostolic legates to Southern France. These legates went to Toulouse, which was the capital of Catharism. When the legates were rejected, and one of them murdered, Innocent III ordered a crusade of mercenary knights and soldiers. Although there had been intermittent persecution of heretics all through the previous century, especially through the Inquisition, the Church now mobilized her forces in earnest. They were resolved to strike a resounding blow, which would bring misery and terror to the south. The mercenaries, having no personal loyalty or standard of honor, were brutal and godless. The heresy was to be extinguished once and for all.

On the 21st of July 1209, an army of some thirty thousand knights and foot soldiers from northern Europe descended like a whirlwind on the Languedoc - the mountainous northeastern foothills of the Pyrennées in what is now Southern France. In the ensuing war, the whole territory was ravaged, crops were destroyed, towns and cities were razed, a whole population was put to the sword. This extermination occurred on so vast, so terrible a scale that it may well constitute the first case of "genocide" in modern European history. In the town of Beziers alone, for example, at least fifteen thousand men, women, and children were slaughtered wholesale - many of them in the sanctuary of the church itself. When an officer inquired of the Pope's representative how he might distinguish heretics from true believers, the reply was, "Kill them all. God will recognize his own." This quotation, though widely reported, may be apocryphal. Nevertheless, it typifies the fanatical zeal and bloodlust with which the atrocities were perpetrated. The same papal representative, writing to Innocent III in Rome, announced proudly that "neither age nor sex nor status was spared."

Surviving Cathars disappeared into remote hiding places in the forests and mountain clefts of the Pyrennées. The heart of the resistance movement was at Montsegur, originally an ancient Manichaean temple consecrated to sun worship. By April of 1243, a vast army of more than ten thousand surrounded the mountain, and by March 1, Montsegur finally capitulated.

The Cathars were accorded unexpected generosity. Provided they abjured their heretical beliefs and confessed their "sins" to the Inquisition, they would be freed and subjected only to light penances. Yet, they decided not to do so. On March 15, the truce expired. At dawn the following day more than two hundred Cathars were dragged roughly down the mountainside. Not one recanted. There was not time to erect individual stakes. They were locked into a large wood-filled stockade at the foot of the mountain and burned en masse.

Kindergarten Christianity

As a former Catholic I can say with certainty that the Christian faith, as currently practiced, offends me, both as a psychologist and as an individual who was indoctrinated into that tradition. I have seen the damage for myself, in both my own life and the lives of others. And I have witnessed how much this faith has been plagued by lies and various abuses that went unreported or were outright buried.

People everywhere are suffering from this, hurting at a deep level because the faith they construed as theirs has been abusing them for centuries. The record of crimes and abuses committed by this religion's leaders is endless. This form of religion does not represent Christ and never did.

A faith run by zealots is not a faith. It is a conflagration of devices designed to capture recruits in its web. It is about power and greed and unchallengeable supplication to the authorities who run the organization, none of whom, I can see, are qualified to represent God on this Earth. That is my opinion.

Here’s a question for you. If you were God and you saw what was going on in Your Name, what would you say? How would you feel? Would you not be angry that you have been completely misunderstood and invoked as a hammer to dominate others? This is sacrilege. These poor fools who think they represent the Christ are at least misguided, and at worse full of nonsense. To refer to them as Kindergarten Christians is to call them what they are, incompetent to manage the earthly affairs of a truly compassionate Divinity.

They are using the name of God to fill their pockets, much as have other organizations throughout history. This is happening today on many fronts and it is time for people to see it for themselves. The truth is that God lives within all of us and we can access the God Network ourselves. We do not need self-appointed ‘experts’ and the ‘religions’ they represent, to speak to God on our behalf.

These so called experts are themselves slaves to these inexcusable interpretations of what God really is and who Christ really was. Jesus Christ was an astounding figure of course and a model of a way of being. He told the truth as he knew it and understood it from his Heart. Christ didn’t lie. He told us where to look. The Kingdom is within!

Quotations from the Bible and words attributed to Christ are, for me, null and void. They have no purpose or value anymore. They have been drained of their original meaning, so far are they removed from the reality that created them. The world is filled with passive Christians and the charlatans who take advantage of them because the former refuse to think for themselves. They have been programmed to believe what their church authority wants them to believe, with messages delivered in a cryptic and enigmatic manner, yet powerful enough to have them go to war on other faiths.

Think of it. Hundreds of millions of Jews have died over the ages to maintain their faith. They were the subject of tyranny by political groups and other faiths, including the Christians. It was the Christian armies that drove Muslims out of Spain a few centuries back and murdered hundreds of thousands while doing so. On whose authority? For what purpose? Isn’t this what businesses do? Destroy the competition!

When did God or Christ say, “Smite Them – Rid the Earth of this pollution.”

NEVER

So who ordered these attacks on those who would refuse to be Christian? These were and still are the power mongers who are misusing the words of the Lord to advance their own causes.

Who says God wants one hockey team to triumph over another? Who says these things? Mixed up Christians, that’s who. People who adhere to the simple idea that God is on their side only and everyone else is destined for Hell, another figment that they invented.

Muslims do it too, radically defending their faith and attacking anyone who dares denounce it while pointing out its many flaws. Today’s Muslim extremists make Christians look like clowns at a charity ball. They are far worse in their zealotry, but no worse than Christians were a few centuries ago when they laid waste to persons of other religions.

Today we need a re-education program for persons of all faiths. The first step is a full rebuke of those in power who claim to have a handle on the truth, but in reality are simply running a business and feathering their own nest. More importantly we need a display of the True Nature of Faith, one that comes through Personal Empowerment. This is the worst news possible for religious authorities. The last thing they want is an educated population that they can no longer placate with incomprehensible references. The Emperor (religion) has no clothes, and that's that!

Faith that comes from Personal Empowerment is the only way to break the chains of religious tyranny. By breaking the beast’s back, once and for all, a new faith, born of inward knowledge and experience, can take root, as it already has begun to. We need this to happen on a massive scale. So many lies need to be set aside so that people can see the truth for themselves so they can stand strong in their resolve to be true to their deepest nature. And they will see that Empowerment Faith based on the reality that We Are All God and The Divine resides within every one of us, will set them free once and for all.

Empowerment Faith, the faith of the future, the faith that unites us all, is here now. People are ready for this. They are asking for this. They are eager for this. Just Google "Religion in Decline" and see for yourself. Kindergarten Christians, please step aside. Faith through self-empowerment is here to stay.

Hi Darrel,

I realize I haven't replied to you in some time. Part of it was catching up on other things and part of it was reflecting on what I could contribute to your purpose.

I've attached an article that explains who I am on the religion issue. Feel free to publish it if it suits your purposes.

As far as starting any groups I'm not interested in doing that. Although I appreciate what you are doing and I see an enormous need for "rehabilitation of abused christians and members of other faiths" I do not agree with the proposed method. Simply put, for me, the Divine resides within. I can access it any time I want, and I do. I do not believe it is necessary to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I believe the real nature of God, or Source, or the Divine can be explained and separated from the religious indoctrination of the past 2 milleniums.

I have found my way there by ridding myself of the physical, sexual and religious abuses I suffered as a child. As each layer was stripped away, the true nature of my soul and my connection to the Divine was revealed. For me this is bedrock, a foundation I can rely on and a feeling of truth that reverbererates throughout my body.

When I was still in practice I attended a number of meetings based on the AA model, where people got to talk about their experiences, their trials and tribulations, without being judged. As a psychologist I found these leaderless groups to be limited. The psychological dynamics that underlie any addiction or pattern of abuse have to be exposed. That requires an expert, or least, a well crafted guidebook. When I saw some of these people in my office that was the tack taken and results were good.

In the case of your work I understand the desire to keep all elements of indoctrinated faith out of the mix, since they have proven themselves to be a source of abuse and compromise from the very beginning. But for me there is a place inside where all these contradictions can be dissolved, leaving only the primary elements of faith which have NOTHING to do with religion.

I can tell you honestly it was a total surprise to me at first. As I worked through my own issues and helped my clients work through theirs I discovered this unwavering element within and couldn't believe my eyes. Today, I can safely and proudly say, that the further I move away from religion, the closer I come to God.

This is who I am Darrel and I'm past the point of lobbing off parts of myself to fit some program. I applaud your work. I applaud your book. You sir have a very important mission. Counseling for Grief Recovery

When I was in private practice I saw a lot of individuals who were grieving the loss of a loved one, whether that was a child, a spouse, a parent or a close friend. On a few occasions I saw couples where one of them had been diagnosed with a terminal condition and had less than 6 months to live. These situations were particularly traumatic for the persons involved, especially for the spouse who was not ill.

These couples, with the terminally ill partner, needed to work through feelings about their situation and the practical steps necessary to prepare for the inevitable. The terminally ill partner seemed to have an easier time with the process once they had accepted the reality of their death. When my brother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I witnessed the same effects taking place for he and my sister. Broadly speaking, it was always the surviving partner that had the toughest time.

With counselling of any sort, the goal is to LISTEN! Not just the hear the words an individual was speaking, but to identify the Feelings behind them. When I would reflect back to the individual I always began with sounds like youre feeling " sad, angry, scared, anxious, depressed " whatever it was they were conveying. I would then ask them to check in to see if what I said was accurate. It usually was.

Then I would instruct them to pay attention to that particular feeling and tell me more about it. They would then describe their feelings in detail along with whatever physical reactions might be attached to it. Tears would begin to flow as they related the physical and emotional reactions they were experiencing. This was the essence of my counselling approach for persons in grief, no matter what the precipitating circumstances.

It was not unusual for clients to ask about Stages of Grief and/or some theory they had heard about in their research on the matter. As interesting as this might be, I would point out that anything that distracted them from their feelings was a waste of their recovery efforts. In contrast, anything that helped them focus on feelings would always be the most beneficial. After a few challenging sessions, where painful feelings were addressed and released, the client would realize that this was the path to recovery. Not only that, but learning to identify, describe and release feelings as a general practice, would have benefits far beyond their successful grief recovery.

We are programmed toward externals by our various sources of news that like to talk about charts, graphs, theories and stages. These tantalizing tidbits are geared toward boosting ratings or adding another "Top Ten Ways to Heal Grief" book to the self-help section of bookstores. A helpful grief recovery resource will focus on Internals, such as feelings and emotions, because that's always where the hurt lies. Our Heart and Feeling Center determines the quality of our life and tells us when we are hurting. By focusing inward we identify and release feelings, along with the associated pain. Writing in a journal, listening to good music, reading heart-centered poetry will put you in touch with Your Heart because that's where healing actually happens.

A well written grief recovery book can become an excellent counselling companion as long as it is designed to put you in touch with your feelings. A fully narrated grief resource can take you even further. Since the feelings associated with grief and bereavement are so intense, youre practically there. Just a little push and the guidance counselling resource book and youre on your way. For most of us, all we need is Permission to Feel. Our heart and soul will take it from there because we have engaged our body and feeling natures innate healing capability.

With any recovery process there can be many distractions along the way. In the case of grief recovery these can come in the form of stages, charts and graphs that are intellectually interesting but have no value in terms of your grief recovery. Most religions, even though well-intentioned, fall short on this matter as well. A good grief resource, counselor or support group can help you focus on the heart of the matter which is your feeling nature. Externals, even when interesting, can detract you from the task at hand - healing your broken heart.

You now have what you need to heal your grief. You will recover from this tragedy and great loss. You will become intimately acquainted with your Heart and Feeling Centre. You will come to a point where you can think about your loved one and smile. Because when the hurt is finally healed, what remains with you is the love you carry in your heart, and that is forever.
